Spacious 3 bedroom city view 3rd floor apartment ticks all the boxes for your perfect Gold Coast escape. Close to all public transport and local attractions, shops and cafes, it's the perfect base to enjoy all things Gold Coast.

⚠️ Please note that bedding configuration and furniture may slightly vary from what is presented on the photos.
⚠️ Please note not all rooms have black out blinds, including the living room - this is where extra guests stay.

This apartment is privately managed by Q Stay.
❇️ We are Private Apartments and photos are examples only and furniture varies.
⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

⚠️ A refundable bond of 500$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.
⚠️ Please note, there's a 1.5% credit card fee for Master Card, Visa and other cards and 2% for American Express.

DISCLAIMER:
- Q Stay does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, etc. and can not control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.
- Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise.

We manage this apartment offsite and are available when needed via the office number or the afterhours number provided on check in.

Note: we booked peak time with school holidays and Easter, but this property was not worth the Overall photos are reflective of the place, and it's in a good location - but this has to be one of the laziest short-stay rentals I've ever hired. - Shower door broken (review in Feb alerted them to this, still not fixed)- Oven door very dangerous (review in Feb alerted them to this, still not fixed)- there's one air conditioner for the whole apartment (3 bedrooms) and some crappy fans- Fan in 2nd bedroom broken - Bathroom basin in ensuite cracked - 2 (of the thinnest and cheapest) toilet rolls provided for a 9 day booking - one wine glass provided (we purchased more and left behind, you're welcome)- the kitchen things they did provide (tea bags and sugar -that was it) were gross- beds were cheap and not particularly comfortable - we were staying for a decent time and like to clean up after ourselves, but the vacuum cleaner would not suck anything- wasn't dirty, but dusty All of these things are probably okay, but not at the price they are charging. We've stayed in short-stay rentals before and they've left at least a bottle of water for you in the fridge, this place, with a pool in the complex and the beach a short walk didn't even provide a beach towel. Honestly, it's just one of the poorly stocked and lazy rentals I've booked and not worth the money. Saving grace was the location and complex amenities. Don't ignore the reviews like we did - keep looking!

Excellent location - close to beach, close to public transportEmailed property managers to tell them about issues with the apartment and they said maintainance would look at it but no one showed upSpent the week showering with the shower door opened because it was broken and wouldnt close, taps were broken, oven door was dangeroudPaid good money and few issues
