Beds: K, K, Q, Q OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES At Mon Cheri Estate, the outdoors are a showstopper. Lounge beside the refreshing pool and spa with breathtaking mountain views, or wander into the lush, landscaped garden where lanterns light up a serene sitting area with a bubbling water feature. Multiple patios, secluded dining nooks, and cozy conversation spots create endless opportunities to relax in style. Host unforgettable evenings in the outdoor kitchen with grill, wine fridge, and bar seating. Gather around the elegant fire pit with cocktails or dine al fresco under the glow of a chandelier for a true Palm Springs moment. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Its spa-like bathroom invites indulgence with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, vanity, and dressing area. A second suite also includes a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the third and fourth bedrooms each feature a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and their own private full baths. A convenient powder room is located in the hallway for guest use. We loved the property but it was very unfortunate that we could not really enjoy it due to all the noise restrictions and threats of eviction. Imagine arriving to your rental and finding a sign by the pool in the backyard that says 500 fine and eviction for noise.Apparently this neighborhood is very strict on noise You can’t have any music inside the house if it can be heard outside!! My husband and I are not teenagers we are in our late 50’s and couldn’t even listen to music on our small speaker while lounging by the pool. At night when we would be in the hot tub we couldn’t laugh or talk too loud. It was a very stressful stay. You pay all this money and can’t enjoy the property.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you loved the property itself. We do want to clarify that Palm Springs enforces very strict citywide noise ordinances, which apply to all vacation rentals and are not optional. These rules are outlined in the rental agreement, shared prior to arrival, and posted in the home to ensure compliance and avoid significant fines or permit issues. We understand this can feel restrictive, but they are in place to protect the neighborhood and allow vacation rentals to operate at all. Many guests still enjoy the home within these guidelines, but we recognize it may not be the right fit for every travel style. We appreciate your feedback and hope you find a property better suited to your preferences in the future.
