We are situated close to Picton, 30-45 min from Camden, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Mittagong and Bowral. We are 1.5 hrs away from Sydney.
This cosy cottage has three bedrooms on 5 acres farm. We grow fruit trees, herbs, vegetables with loads of ornamental flowers and trees.
A swim spa to enjoy, a farmgate shop to visit, herbal gardens to potter around or visit farm animals located nearby. We are near the NSW Rail Museum, Thirlmere Lakes, Dams, trendy cafes and George IV Inn.

Hi my name is Lavinia and with my husband Matthew created a garden for supplying ingredients for my small business called Lavinia Botanica While doing this we started hosting overseas asian tourists for the last 10 years and loved it.

The town of Thirlmere is not known. We are situated close to Picton, 30-45 min from Camden, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Mittagong and Bowral. We are 1.5 hrs away from Sydney. We are semi-rural and we have abundance of native animals. I created a relaxing atmosphere in the cottage so you can refresh and recharge your batteries. Come and experience the amount of bird life on the property.

Lavinia's swim spa is available for your use. It is situated 10 metres away from the cottage behind Lavinia's house. To keep the integrity of the water and not be contaminated by the wildlife and insects in the area the lid is always closed. More info is available and rules are in the info book in the cottage. Access to swim spa is from 8 am to 7 pm (heated all year round), extensive gardens and barbeque. Guests can wonder around the 5 acreas property. Note: "Swim Spa is closed during the months of June-July, for maintenance and deep cleaning."
Electric Vehicles and Caravans. There will be a charge of $35.00 per night if the vehicles need electricity. This will be paid to the host.
