Everything we wanted

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a short walk to the Town Lift and Historic Main St. Clean, comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. There was one disappointment: the fireplace (an important feature for us) was inoperable due to a safety concern, but Joanne the Property Manager, was able to arrange for compensation from the owner for the loss of this amenity.

PC Arts Festival and birthdays weekend getaway

A great location for getting to and from the festival (Main Street), restaurants and other activities. A cozy place to stay with everything we needed. It was a little too hot in the bedrooms the first night and two of the rooms could have benefited from a ceiling fan--but the temperature dropped on our second day and it was very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Park City. The check in process was easy, and the Alpine Ski Properties hosts were very helpful. We had a camper that we needed to park during our stay and they were able to help us find a safe spot for it. The unit was spacious and easily accommodated all 8 in our party comfortably. It was a quick walk to Main Street or the bus stop to get anywhere you needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

The location made it easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit, especially Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants. We loved our visit to the Olympic Park, our drive through Deer Valley, and our stop at the Sundance Institute Headquarters.

Fantastic condo in park city

Rented this unit for a 4 night ski vacation with some friends. The location is perfect with downtown main st and the town loft both a very short walk away. The condo was clean and well appointed for a ski trip. A++++ llisting

Close to trails

Townhome was clean. Close to Main Street and trails. My kids loved the skate park and rec parks close- short walk. If you are a light sleeper it is noisy due to no air conditioning. Temperatures at night cool things off with the windows open, but then you hear the noise from people passing by or loud motorcycles. Overall we would stay again.
