Welcome to The Poppy! Located in the most desirable neighbourhood in Saskatoon, with a magical tree lined street and close to all of the action.

Located within walking distance from downtown, Broadway Ave, and the University of Saskatchewan.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway! We are both kid and pet friendly.

The house is a modern, open concept property.

Full kitchen and full bathroom with updated and modern finishes..

Private and secluded hot tub is available 365 days a year.

Very close to a local play ground and Rotary Park. Easy access to the river (if you enjoy SUP in the summer).

This neighbourhood is very friendly. Neighbours like to stay in touch and will often say Hi.

Generally always street parking available and gravel parking spot also located behind the property.

NOTE - Yes, the hot tub does work and is available for use 365 days per year.

House was as advertised, in a great location & clean. Kitchen lacked some essentials and there was no communication from the host which was surprising based on other experiences. Overall it was a good stay & we enjoyed the space. I would recommend it & stay here again, it was very lovely & in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood.

The house looks tiny, but the rooms are very spacious. The hot tub is a nice bonus, especially since it was -30 when we stayed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great visit to Saskatoon. The house had loads of character in a stunning area. Located close to walking trails and shopping areas. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the pet friendly accommodations. Our hosts were quick to respond to our questions and did their best to meet all our needs.

Lovely little house close to lots of amenities. Hot tub was wonderful to have as well. The only issue we had while staying here is that it only has 1 bathroom. Going with 5 adults made it a little difficult with only 1 bathroom. However we were aware of that before booking! So that was on us completely. I would say it would be lovely place for a little family with kids, but maybe not for that many adults ! Great place and glad we were able to enjoy it! Thank you.

The facility was a bit "long in the tooth". Various corners and edges were quite worn and needed repair. After all charges, approx 500 plus per night, the facility was not worth the cost. Please note the facility manager was great.

Connect and slow down

A comforting space to call home for a girl's weekend away. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and Pure Living Yoga. The hot tub was hot and clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed! We enjoyed a peaceful weekend here and would rent again!L&T

Beautiful area, quiet, close to downtown and the river. Perfect fenced yard area for dogs. Comfortable house with all the basics provided. But as super edmonton oilers fan we were unable to access a tv channel to watch. Maybe TSN?

Family Getaway

This property is perfect. I have stayed in rentals all over the world and this is one of the top. Everything you need, spotless, fantastic location and extremely comfortable.
