In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental has 3 bedrooms, a screened porch, a deck, access to a seasonal community pool, and is only about a 4-minute walk to the beach.

Walk into the open living area and be greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors, shiplap, and lovely coastal finishes. The living area offers comfortable seating equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a large-mounted TV, and glass sliding door access to the screened porch.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy meals together.

In the primary bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, access to the deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a wall-mounted TV, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds and access to the deck. These bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination just down the hall.

The graciously sized screened porch offers a table, chairs for 4, and a ceiling fan. There is also a deck with seating for 4 and a gas grill.

The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
