Fully furnished elegant suburban house with desirable amenities and location.

This is a well-maintained suburban 2300sq.ft house with 3 bedrooms and a large bonus room on the upper floor, oversized deck with a BBQ accessible from the main floor, a movie theatre and a workout room in the basement. This house is lived in by a family of education professionals with 3 children under 10 years of age. It is located in the deep SW community of Evergreen with close proximity to Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Fish Creek Provincial Park, and Canyon Meadows. Note: The video shows a few outdated images. The workout room and the dining room have since been upgraded.

As advertised. Spacious, clean, well supplied. In SW, three minutes from major north-south expressway on west side of the city. Ten min from Spruce Meadows.

Great location and price

Property was in excellent condition upon arrival. Very spacious and well kept home. Price was fair for location and host was accessible and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Great Location and Family Friendly

This was a great location to stay for the week. Easy to get to main roads around Calgary and close to grocery store for being able to cook. This is a kid friendly home and that was great as we had my grandson who is 3 with us. Martin was great to work with and very accommodating. Would recommend this to anyone as it is a very comfortable place to stay. We will definitely consider using this space again in the future.

Great Home in SW Calgary

This roomy, immaculately clean home was just the place we needed to spread out and relax after a day of seeing family and friends in Calgary. It is located in a quiet street in SW Calgary near to grocery shopping and transportation corridors to get you wherever you need to be. Martin's home has all the conveniences you need for a short or long stay. He was also very responsive to all our questions and helped us plan out time in Calgary well.
