Spectacular views! Beachfront 1 bedroom apartment,1 of 7 units. There is a shared great lawn out front to relax or play on. The sand dunes and beach are Hop skip and a jump from the apartment. The perfect location for water play, surfing, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding etc. There is a boat ramp around the corner as well. This is also the perfect location to walk to main street, 3-5 Minutes to find shopping and restaurants. There is something for everyone

The space
Quiet location so Please consider other customers/owners within the other units, so no loud noises after 10 pm. No pets please.

Other things to note
Please wash all your dishes before you leave, otherwise you will be charged additional. You can hire kayaks, SUP boards, bikes, fishing charters or fishing rods etc just 5 -10:minutes walk from our place.

There are no community rubbish bins, so you MUST take all of your own rubbish to the local dump which is located 1.8 KMs south (towards Waihe).

Fantastic location with great seaviews

Excellent location with beach right there and clear view of the sea made this a great, easy getaway with everything you need in a compact space. Our family loved it and will use again

Close to beach and cafes

Really good location for the beach and cafes, and in sight and sound of the sea. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay. It’s one of a block of several apartments so could feel a bit close to others using the outdoor space and/or looked in, but this is minor compared to the positives.

Front row seat to spectacular surf beach.

Ground floor flat with picture windows onto Whangamata surf beach. Flat was small but comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was right on the beach, and close to the wharf and the town

Best Location

Fantastic spot and property. Was just me and my wife, but there was room for another couple or a couple of kids. Everything worked and was clean. No AC, but few places do at beaches. Great beach and great time. Surfers paradise!
