The showstopper of this condo is the open-air private lanai set just off the living room that features ocean and pool views. You will want to begin and end each from the lanai that seats four guests.

The spacious living room boasts high ceilings and handsome hardwood flooring with some carpeting. Guests have plenty of space to lounge indoors on two sofas and plush lounge chairs. Perfect for an afternoon card game, ukulele practice, or to catch up on the latest shows on the flat-screen television.

The kitchen features granite countertops, a small island, travertine tile, and hardwood flooring. For home-cooked meals, the kitchen includes a stainless-steel electric stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy fresh local coffee brewed in your coffee pot too! The indoor dining area has seating for four guests.

When it is time to wind down, the master bedroom has a king bed and is the perfect retreat that features high-end bedding and linens. There is plenty of storage space in the closet where there are extra linens. The en suite bathroom has a dual shower/tub and a vanity with a mirror. The half-bathroom has a tropical palm print and provides guests with an extra washroom. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided for all our guests. There is also a pack-n-play for your children. Sleeps four guests in one king and a sofa bed.

The resort is centrally located on the Coconut Coast, minutes from the heart of Lihue and Kapaa Town, and is the ideal gateway to premier beaches, hikes, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. Property amenities include barbeque grills, picnic tables, a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, laundry services (at an extra cost), and a guest amenities desk. The resort does not have air conditioning. Parking is free for one vehicle.
