Comfortable holiday house perfect for couples, families and tourists. Spend days at the beach relaxing or fishing with no one else around you or take a short walk or electric scoot into town to enjoy a drink and meal at the many cafes and restaurants down south has to offer.

This 4 bedroom house is ideally appointed with all the necessary mod cons including NBN Internet, WIFI, Netflix, Disney, Stan and other streaming services available and well appointed office nook for those that want to take a holiday but still stay logged in if required.

Enjoy the serenity by the beach.

** Leavers welcome but we are booked for 2023 and 2024.

Beach getaway

Walking distance to the beach and plenty of space for a group of friends to hang out. 5 minute drive to the main town of Busselton or a 20minute walk.

Great family holiday home

Our family had a fantastic time in Clayton’s place. The home is in a great location, just a short stroll from a quiet beach and a short drive to the centre of town and the Busselton jetty. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. The home is very comfortably furnished, and has all the mod cons in addition to board games, books and outdoor play equipment. It is ideal for a large family or 2 families and can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Clayton’s communication is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Home from home

What a lovely little house. 2 minutes walk from a lovely swimming beach, a 15 minute stroll along the coast to Busselton Jetty and close to local shops. The house had everything we needed. The 2 separate lounges were great for 2 families sharing and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The games were a great hit, with the kids playing foozball all weekend and giant jenga was a big hit. Nice and clean and perfect for a trip away from home. We even had a visit from a friendly possum. We would definitely stay again.

Winters stay

We stayed for a few days. Maybe it was because of the winter, but the smell from the beach was bad and kept us inside. The house wasn’t dirty but not very clean either. It was luxurious however with a second TV and lazy arm chairs.

A family with 2 girls, bought this house to create long lasting memories of long days down the beach, fishing and playing with family and friends while being able to take a quick stroll along the beach into town to enjoy the restaurants and all that Busselton has to offer.
Knowing we have a place to is so close to everything while not being in the direct hussle and bussle of town, allows to us relax and just unwind.
The home office allows me to work from home if we want to sneak down for an extra long weekend, going for a swim in the morning, into town for lunch and still have the freedom to get the hours done at your own leisure.
It's the best decision we have ever made and we are looking forward to being able to share our home with others to relax, unwind and create your own unforgettable memories.

This property is the perfect location for those that want to walk to the beach within minutes. You can chose to have a beach almost to yourself or walk along the beachfront to the Busselton Foreshore to the main beaches and during the school holidays let the kids play on the inflatables.
It is close to both shows and ammenities and if you dont want to walk the 20 minutes into Busso or 3 minute drive, you can choose to take an electric scooter which are available within a stones throw.
