- Please note that a starter supply of soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided upon arrival; however, you may need extra items to cover your stay
- During your stay, you may encounter an occasional 'uninvited guests.' We take every reasonable precaution and employ a monthly pest prevention program with a local licensed pest control company. Despite that, you may still encounter ladybugs or other small critters in or around the cabin
- Grills of any kind are not permitted on patios or porches
- Turkey fryers are not permitted at the property
- No items are to be hung off the railings
- The use of roller skates, blades, scooters, or skateboards is prohibited on the property
- Live Christmas trees and Christmas lighting are not permitted at the property
- Your safety matters. The property features an exterior Ring security camera located on the front porch facing the front porch area. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected

Basketball Tournament

We we're in town for a long weekend because my son was playing in a AAU tournament held @ Rocky Top Sports World. Great place to stay if playing at this gym. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Great cabin for the perfect getaway

We loved this cabin, it was the perfect distance from gatlinburg. The resort was very peaceful and the cabin was very clean. It was the perfect distance from all the shopping areas in pigeon forge and was minutes away from a beautiful golf course (bent creek). We’ve already decided that we will be back in years to come!

Driving distance to Gatlinburg

The cabin was as described. Clean. The one bad thing would be that who ever is sleeping in the loft needs to access the bathrooms through one of the two bedrooms. That can be inconvenient.

A Weekend Getaway

The cabin was beautiful, The beds was comfortable, the couches was relaxing. It was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway. We were woken up by an Earthquake but we survived. The cabin had plenty of space the game room kept the kids busy and with 6 beds we could have brought another family with us. we will be back again!

Family trip to Gatlinburg

My husband, daughter, 2 nephews and Mother in Law all stayed in the cabin for 3 nights. It’s perfect, big enough for everyone to not be on top of each other, perfect distance from Gatlinburg strip but also far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing when coming back in the evening.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great location away from town. House is spacious with everything you need to stay in and cook if you want. The loft/game area is fun for all. And the jacuzzi was a plus even in the colder temps. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Gatlinburg!

We had a great stay. The cabin was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. And I had a great nights sleep, so that’s always a plus.

Lovely

This is a cute little neighborhood with cute cabins. The cabin was clean and spacious enough for our family. The kids had a great time in the loft area. We had 4 kiddos stay up there. The only drawback was the noise. It is all wood and hard surfaces making it difficult to watch tv downstairs while kids were playing upstairs. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. However the biggest drawback was the bathrooms. You have to go through either bedroom to get to the bathroom. This was difficult because we had a baby sleeping in one bedroom so everyone upstairs had to come through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. Took some privacy away. A suggestion would be to have a baby gate available for the stairs as well. Overall a very pleasant stay! We had issues with the air at first and it was fixed very very quickly. Would stay again! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Beautiful cabin with great view and nice pool

These cabins are very beautiful set up in a nice little community, the pool and hot tub were great. Even when a problem occurred the property specialist took care of it immediately. She was very professional. I will definitely stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful, very spacious, and had amenities nearby. Host did a great job of having much needed items ready in the cabin such as plates, utensils and toiletries. Hot tub was nice too!

Good family option

Overall I gave this property a 4/5 stars, but with some attention, it could be up to 5 stars. See following pros/cons. Cons - Overall, this place just needs more attention to up-keep/cleaning (when we arrived, the coffee maker was filled with creamer of some kind that was hard to clean - this could easily be fixed with more attention to cleaning up after previous guests). Unfortunately there was not enough sand to use the shuffleboard and the owner was not able to get more until after our stay - this was one of the selling points of getting this cabin so the kids could play games. The hot tub definitely was not as sanitized as I would expect - it felt slimy so we only used it twice. It was a little bit of a drive to get into Gatlinburg, like 15-20 minutes. Pros - the beds were comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and other provided card games. It was a nice and quiet location. It was nice to have TV's in all the bedrooms and loft area. The owner has night lights placed through most of the cabin area which is nice when you get up to go to bathroom in the middle of the night. Lastly, most cooking appliances and utensils were available. Like I said at the beginning, this could easily be a 5 star with just a little more attention to some of the con's I mentioned.

The cabin was so great. It’s very new and so very clean. There was more than enough of everything we could have needed during our stay. The hosts checked the day we arrived to make sure we got there and if we needed anything. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, it really is a great cabin and we will book again, and have already told our friends and family about what a great experience we had.

Stellar experience

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice size table for dinner and games. We total enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub front porch with rockers I could go on and on. Will come back.

Great vacation

The cabin was so nice. It had everything we would have needed. It was comfortable and very clean. The only maybe negative would be how far from everything it is, but again, it was great.

Beautiful cabin getaway

Our whole family loved our stay. We were able to leave and hike during the day and spend time in downtown Gatlinburg exploring but, come home to the cozy, relaxing cabin in the evening. We also liked the fact that our family of 7 could fit comfortably and hang out in the hot tub or upstairs in the gaming loft. The weather was chilly over our stay but, loved the gas fireplace because that kept us all warm. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

A romantic getaway!!

Great communication via text with host. They were available any time and quick to respond to questions. Easy checkin and checkout. We were offered early check in and late checkout. The cabin was beautiful!! My favorite things would have to be the gas fireplace and the hot tub on the back! The cabin was beautifully decorated and the kitchen came furnished. 4 tvs had roku and cable. There was a washer and dryer. There was also towels, toilet paper, and linens. The upstairs game area was great! Our children would have had a blast. We will definitely be returning with the whole family. The cabin was cozy and the smell of fresh wood was enjoyable. The cabin is off of parkway which is close enough to downtown but far enough from heavy traffic. The resort was clean and quiet. Best experience in Tennessee yet.
