This home is located in the heart of Ruidoso, nestled on the mountainside and surrounded by trees and natural beauty. It is a short distance from many amenities you'll enjoy. Nearby Midtown offers great shopping, and a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also close to Funtrackers, Ruidoso Downs Race Track, Inn of the Mountain Gods, and Ski Apache (18.5mi). The atmosphere is cozy, warm, private and very relaxing. This house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families!
This space is completely private, and has been newly built; everything from the furniture, to the appliances, as well as the landscaping is BRAND NEW! You'll find plenty of work space and room for leisure. Enjoy the gas fireplace, spacious parking, and the private, enclosed patio equipped with a hot tub and gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you can enjoy a coffee pot (with complimentary coffee, creamer, and Stevia sweetener), a water kettle for making hot tea (also complimentary options available), pots and pans for cooking, and much more!
Guests will have access to the entire space, including private and exclusive parking . The back patio is also enclosed, and completely private.

I was born and raised here in Ruidoso, NM where a large majority of my extended family still lives today. My husband and I have been happily married for 38 years, during which time we have raised three wonderful children, now 33, 29, and 27. For 36 years, we have owned and operated a small Plumbing/Heating/HVAC business in town, and are proud to be a part of such a small and tight-knit community. Living here for so many years has been a blessing, and we decided several years ago to open our homes to others so they might enjoy all of the scenery, natural beauty, and unique experiences that Ruidoso has to offer. We sincerely look forward to helping create a wonderful stay for you during your travels!

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood for decades and still do to this day. We raised our family here, and look forward to retiring here. Having enjoyed the quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location for so many years, we jumped at the opportunity to purchase another property in this neighborhood. After a full remodel of the property, we look forward to offering it to travelers coming to enjoy all that Ruidoso has to offer, with the comfortability and convenience that we have enjoyed as locals for so long.

Whether watching movies in our cozy living area, cooking a meal together in the fully-loaded kitchen, or enjoying some time on the private patio while grilling, sitting around the patio table, and enjoying the hot tub--there is so much to love about this space! The location and views of the mountain are beautiful, and you will enjoy being surrounded by nature, and only a short distance from some of the best tourist attractions in Ruidoso.
