This lower-level townhome offers fully single-level living inside, making it the most accessible unit in our Niagara Falls collection. The private entrance is accessed by a short flight of stairs down, but once inside, there are no internal stairs to navigate. Located a 5-minute drive from the Falls, Casino Niagara, and Clifton Hill.

LIVING AREA
The spacious main living area features a large sectional sofa with a pull-out bed for additional guests, a Roku smart TV with free built-in channels (guests can also log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts), and a desk nook for working or studying.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and its own TV with free Roku channels. Both rooms have room-darkening shades.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and the option of a shower or bath.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is the highlight of this unit, featuring an oversized island that comfortably seats 6. This is the largest kitchen space of our three properties, making it ideal for groups who want to cook and eat together. Includes modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and plenty of counter space.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to your private porch and patio area. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please dispose of all cigarette butts and remnants carefully.

AMENITIES
High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating via Nest smart thermostat, iron and ironing board, one free on-site parking spot, and self check-in via smart lock (unique access code provided before arrival).

LOCATION
A 5-minute drive to Niagara Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill, and the Fallsview district. The neighbourhood includes shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and local wineries. Grocery stores are a short drive away.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No unregistered visitors. No smoking indoors. No parties or events. No pets. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking.

We are a family of 5 and we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. It is close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was within 5 min. The place was very safe, clean, cozy, well stocked and provided the comfort of home while enjoying everything Niagara had to offer. The parking spot in front of the unit was super convenient too. One less thing to worry about on our vacation. Communication with the host was great. Linda was very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

To start off Linda was absolutely amazing. She sends every detail you need days in advance and then again on check in day. She’s very kind and attentive. She helped make our trip wonderful. The house is very clean, spacious and cozy! My husband and I stayed here with our three children (2,7,16) they also were all comfortable. The parking was right by the front door and very close to the town with all the fun activities! 10/10!!!

The place inside was nice and clean. The outside could use a cleaning. It was small but doable. They had nice little amenities that were pleasing. Teas, hot chocolate/some Kerug coffee. Bottles of water. We had to ask for ice trays, but they came the next morning. A few seasonings. The salt and pepper were there, but no way to grind them. The bed was comfortable, but there was as a tear in the mattress sheet. It cooled easily to your temperature. Washer/Dryer worked great. Three washer pods were provided. As were dishwasher pods. Shampoo/cream rinse and body wash were provided. Hair dryer too. Overall a good place to stay.

Entry and parking were absolutely seamless. Linda was a great communicator with all the details needed to make our stay easy. Great Location and Thoughtful Amenities at This Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. They even provided water bottles and a first-aid kit. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute drive from the falls, and free parking is available on-site.

Clean and very convinient. Upstairs neighbours a bit loud past 11 pm. No curtains in the bedrooms but we brought a bristol board and worked perfectly. Otherwise really great stay and would highly recommend!

Clean and cozy

Linda's condominium is clean and cozy and looks the same as in the photo. It was quite easy to access the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything we need, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Linda responded to all my messages in a timely manner. The apartment is in an up-and-coming area and there seems to be other complexes coming up in the area. There's a shopping center right across the street which is a plus as well

Wonderful stay - exactly what was expected

Visited Niagra Falls with my family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). This was a short drive to the Canadian Falls. Communication with property manager was excellent and she responded promptly with questions- made check in and check out very easy. Assume maybe there was difficulty in past with the door code, but the directions were very clear and easy to get in. We did not cook as we only had a short stay (highly recommend Clancey's for great wings!) but looked well stocked with essentials. Overall, was exactly as expected based on information in online listing.

Niagara Falls draws over 12 million visitors a year, and our properties put you right in the middle of everything without the noise of staying on the strip itself. You're a 5-minute drive from Horseshoe Falls, which you can walk up to and view for free any time of day or night.

Clifton Hill is the entertainment hub: the Niagara SkyWheel (175 feet above the Falls in climate-controlled gondolas), Niagara Speedway (North America's largest elevated go-kart track), Dinosaur Adventure Golf, wax museums, haunted houses like Nightmares Fear Factory, the Great Canadian Midway arcade, and the Greg Frewin Theatre for Las Vegas-style magic and dinner shows. From May through October, the Falls are illuminated nightly with a fireworks show at 10:00 PM that you can watch for free from Queen Victoria Park.

Two casinos are nearby: Casino Niagara sits right at Clifton Hill with slots, poker, and live entertainment. Fallsview Casino Resort is Canada's largest gaming floor with over 3,200 slot machines, 130 table games, the 5,000-seat OLG Stage concert venue, the Avalon Theatre, restaurants, and a shopping galleria.

For something quieter, Niagara-on-the-Lake and its wineries are about a 20-minute drive along the scenic Niagara Parkway. The Niagara region has over 100 wineries, many offering tastings and patio dining. The Butterfly Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are also along the route.

The biggest advantage of this unit is the oversized kitchen island and spacious sectional sofa, both designed specifically for groups of up to six. The island comfortably seats six people, which is larger than most vacation rentals in this market. It creates a true gathering space where everyone can cook, eat, talk, and connect together. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, modern appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker, making it ideal for families or friends who actually plan to use the space rather than just sleep in it.

The living area features a large, comfortable sectional with a pull out bed, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. Whether you are watching a movie, sharing a meal, or simply unwinding after visiting the Falls, the open layout makes it easy to spend time together.

Another major benefit is the single level interior layout. Once you enter the unit, everything is on one floor. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area are all on the same level with no internal stairs. This makes it practical for families with young children or guests who prefer not to navigate stairs at night.

You will also enjoy private ground level outdoor space the porch has seating.

The unit includes two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for your group.

One important note: the entrance is accessed by a short flight of stairs down to the front door, as this is a lower level unit. However, once inside, the space is entirely flat.
