Open plan living forms the heart of the home, accommodating the well-equipped contemporary kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, dining and living. The fridge offers cold water and ice cubes at any time. A sunroom taking in the view of Derwent river and the iconic building of the Tasmanian MONA museum is adjacent. A second expansive living room is at the rear of the home with variety of books on the shelve, ensuring plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy and relax in.
