This modern 6th floor apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your getaway.

This popular building is located in the heart of The Entrance. Holiday accommodation it offers heated pool and sauna onsite. Secure undercover parking are also available for guests to enjoy.

Spacious 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Apartment with lake views and some ocean views

This apartment is located on the 6th Floor of a modern Building close to the ocean, cafes, restaurants and places of interest.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, ensuite with a walk in shower

The second bedroom has queen size bed and TV

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and TV

Main bathroom has a shower over a single person spa bath.


Apartment features: reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge area, 2 balconies for extra outdoor space, 2 bathrooms, covered outdoor seating

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. We do not accept bookings for school leavers, groups under 25, hens and bucks nights, parties are strictly prohibited.

I would not recommend this property. Spa bath not working. Using dishwasher shorted the power. Leaking shower

Location is good 1. The numbers of the lights are not working. 2 out of 3 in the both bathroom lights are not working, and it was a candle brightness level-too dark. 2 Washing machine is not working. The door seems stuck or broken 3 Vertical blind blades are fallen or missing 4 No WIFI at this technical world?? 5 dish wash powder / liquid are provided but very limited better bring own one 6 floor fans are dusty and seems never cleaned 7 shower screens don't stop the water going to the bathroom floor 8 Not enough dishes or bowels for the guest of 6 Seems required proper maintenences for the next guest.

Things were broken or not working

There were a number of things either broken or not working. 1. The wifi hardly worked. 2. The sliding door to the first bedroom was almost impossible to open. The rails were broken. 3. Spa bath did not work (turning on the spa jets). 4. Kitchen cupboard door was broken and hanging off it's hinge. 5. Ensuite toilet lid was broken and hanging off it's hinge. 6. 2nd bedroom door was completely destroyed and needed to be replaced, door lock was unusable. Happy to send you photos of all items. I had updated the emergency contact given to me with photos.
