Relaxing Retreat

This house was a perfect home base for us when in the Mesa area for baseball. It had several great amenities (pool, cornhole, shuffleboard) that entertained our kids, which saved us $ on entertainment. The icemaker in the kitchen was SUPER helpful too!

Quiet Desert Oasis

We booked this home for two weeks for a little family vacation with our toddler, and a couple other adults. There was an issue with VRBO where our reservation was cancelled, and the property management company let us know right away and were able to rebook us quickly.The neighborhood is quiet and there was a small driveway big enough for us to fit our pickup and small trailer in, as well as street parking. This house worked perfectly for what we needed it for. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the multiple outdoor areas were a bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Rooms with views

Nice remodeled home with pretty views. The weather was cool so we didn't use the nice outdoor furniture or pool. Our stay was with another adult couple and the upstairs 2 bedrooms were very nice to be separated from the downstairs principal bedroom. Nice comfortable beds and furniture in all the rooms. Large TV's in most rooms. The kitchen was stocked with the usual items. Quiet neighborhood, the house is located on a street with a cul de sac. What we didn't like was the changes in the floor's heights with the transition strips. We kept tripping on them! We also didn't like the spiral staircase because we are older and have some arthritis. The house listed no pets, but for some reason, we ended up with fur on our clothes and socks.

Fountain hill

The house was fine quite a few light bulbs out in the house and especially staircase to lower floor with a black spiral staircase is a bit dangerous. We asked about bulbs/batteries to replace our selves but never got answer back so we move bulbs around to make it work. Also as a recommendation when the pool is not heated or working this should be full disclosure on the listing. Maybe say seasonal pool only. Coming from Frozen Minnesota we booked and asked about this and only after booking told pool heater would not be fixed But the property and location were lovely and in general met our travel needs. Thank you

The pool wasn’t heated which isn’t explained on the profile. On the profile the first picture is the pool, but it was unusable and dirty. We picked the house for the pool for our kids. The location is good, no other complaints. Quiet and safe and plenty of amenities nearby and Fountain Hills is a nice town. When we got to talk to someone from Evolve (the management company) live they told us we should research the location better for suitability for outdoor swimming which was insulting. Don’t advertise a pool if it’s not useable. We wont ever do VRBO in an Evolve property again.

Just ok

Pros - beautiful views, furniture was decent, beds were comfortable. Cons - grill was so dirty we had to call to have them give it a deep clean (which he did - property manager was excellent). Outside furniture was broken and cushions were stained. Would suggest they add a few more chairs - not much seating by the pool. Back bedroom smelled very musty. Master bedroom was in the lower level - which was fine just different. Garage door didn’t lock and the patio doors didn’t secure either. Would not recommend.

Felt like home!

This place was truly great. Many vacation homes listed as ‘stocked’ are missing basic kitchen tool necessities, not enough glasses, plates or even pans to make food. This one had it all and in plentiful amounts. House was clean. Shower upstairs had awesome pressure and hot water! There were fans in the bedroom closets which was a very nice touch. Plenty of towels, pool towels, outdoor spaces to enjoy and comfortable sleeping spaces. Managers were very responsive as well! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to stay here again. Finally, the location and view were just beautiful. Close to many hiking trails and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it. Pool was glorious.

Nice for quick getaway

Beautiful property that is well appointed. Very quiet area. Easy access to Fountain Hills for dining, etc. Lots of stairs to get anywhere on the property was the only down side.

Nice place, but pet hair everywhere

Nice house all nice furniture. Beds would be nice if they would not have pet hair under the covers The worst thing is that it said no pets
