Lovely Unit & Highly Recommend Staying Here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful unit and I highly recommend staying here! Beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of space, unique decorations, gorgeous & functional kitchen. Very clean and organized. The unit even supplied plenty of games, puzzles and books to read. You will not be disappointed if you book this unit!

Sunny Side - Sea Coast Rentals!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are 2 things that are a MUST when I am seeking accommodations while vacationing: cleanliness and location and this condo offered BOTH and SO MUCH more! The condo appeared to have been recently renovated and the furnishings from the master bed to the couch were firm, comfy, cohesive throughout and beautifully done. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep on days we ate in. Speaking of dining - the Baker's Table is directly behind and across the street from Sea Cost Rentals and is a MUST visit - we had a delicious brunch with delightful service one Sunday. There is easy access on and off the beach which is extremely expansive during low tide and the balcony is sunny all throughout the day and the BEST view for sunsets in the evening. Everyone living, vacationing and working at Sea Cost was extremely friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this condo and will definitely be staying here during my next visit to New Smyrna Beach!

Mixed Experience: Comfortable Condo, Freezing Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in unit 405 at this condo complex was a mixed experience. While the condo itself was nice and comfortable, we were extremely disappointed by the freezing pool.Before our arrival in April, the property manager, Jane, assured us multiple times that the pool would be maintained at 86°F, which was crucial for our trip. However, when we got there, the pool was nowhere near that temperature. Guests who had been there for the past two weeks confirmed that the pool had been freezing during their stay.Jane initially blamed the weather and then the pool heater, but it was clear that the building was unwilling to cover the cost of heating the pool adequately. The lack of transparency and failure to notify us of the issue before our flight to Florida was unacceptable.To add insult to the injury, at the end of our stay Jane suggested that we return in July when the pool would be warmer.Despite this letdown, the condo itself was comfortable, and we enjoyed the access to the beach and our private balcony. Only downside within the unit itself was that the shower/bath water pressure in the condo was poor.In conclusion, the freezing pool, contrary to Jane’s assurance of 86°F, left us extremely disappointed during our stay.
