Entire Cottage Hepburn Springs

Listen to the kookaburras sing from the deck overlooking the heritage-listed Hepburn pool and Wombat State Park or meander to the local shops and cafes and the Hepburn Bathhouse and Mineral Springs Reserve via the Spring Creek bushland. The cottage has 2 bedrooms each with its own en-suite. The spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen area has a high, vaulted timber ceiling and leads to the outdoor deck area.

The space
The Poolway Cottages overlook the Hepburn Regional Park giving them a wonderful ambience, outdoor spaces and walking tracks. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms both with en-suites, a private balcony, wood fireplace, and ducted heating, air-conditioning and full kitchen facilities.

The cottage is a 3-minute drive from Daylesford and walking distance to everything Hepburn Springs has to offer. A great place to "wind down" and relax, or enjoy a romantic getaway. A good chance to see Wallabies, Kangaroos, Echidnas, and Wombats if they choose to visit!

There is a central, open-plan kitchen, meals and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (pod), fridge-freezer, along with cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Venture outside and explore the initial surroundings of the Cottage - the native bush, the creek and watch for the wildlife. Or simply relax on the deck, reading a book or listening to the birds.

Please note the space is not particularly set up for pets, please get in touch first if you wish to bring your pet on holiday with you.

Guest access
Access to the cottage is via a shared driveway with the other cottages and parking is provided.

We loved our stay. The cottage was clean, attractive and comfortable with generous toiletries and kitchen condiments etc. Games, media and wood-fire were perfect for ‘cosy nights in’ and local cafes are in walking distance. We enjoyed the bushland setting and local birds from the private balcony and the peaceful walk through the bush to the ‘mineral springs’. Communication with our ‘hosts’ was excellent.

Lovely accommodation

Lovely accommodation close to the local cafes and Hepburn Bathhouse and local Bushwalking tracks. All very walkable. A short drive or longer walk into Daylesford. Great communication with hosts. Clean, comfortable and cosy. A great setting to unwind in.

If we could, we would give the property, the communication, the location and the whole experience 11 out of 10! We loved it so much we stayed another day. Andrew replied to all messages within 1 hour and was incredibly helpful. Best experience and we will be back.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at Andrew's property in Hepburn Springs, myself and three girlfriends (getting away without the kids!). We enjoyed the fire, going for walks, eating out in town, and being able to cook meals and stay in. Two bedrooms each had their own ensuite. One room is a queen bed but we were happy to share and the other room separates into two king single beds which was perfect. This would be great for a family as well, or a couple having a romantic trip away. The house is surrounded by greenery which is lovely. There are other cottages in the space but everyone kept to themselves and it was quiet. You are next to a road (which is barely used) but that might be a consideration with kids.

Absolutely Beautiful, well equiped and presented that I Highly recommend it and we will be back.

This property is so well presented and such great value for money that we will most definitely return. It has charm and character in the little details and modern comforts where it counts. The presentation upon arrival is breathtaking. The comfort of the recliner couches is the best. The views from any window scream tranquility! This two bedroom cottage ticks every box. The large yet cosy living area is amazing. The Bedrooms with their own ensuite and the furnishings together with quality linens are very comfortable and offer privacy where it’s needed. The natural light during the day is peaceful and the light fixtures at night set the mood for relaxation or full on conversation and laughter. If you are looking to relax by the fireplace on a recliner with a blanket a cuppa and a book or a movie then this is the place. And if you are looking to getaway with friends and laugh out loud whilst conversing the hours away over a few drinks or game boards in comfort, then this is the place to do that too. The property is well positioned with surrounding restaurants in walking distance and within a very short drive you are in town. Total modern comforts with that getaway feel. We loved it and we will most definitely return to this amazing property …did I forget to mention the ceiling in the family room area?? It’s amazing look at the pics and don’t hesitate on booking this clean and well maintained cottage. The owners of this property are welcoming and easy to communicate with.
