Management knew of major issues at 3:30 PM but failed to inform me, leaving no time for alternate plans during a known medical emergency.Unacceptable Conditions: Dirty surfaces/dishes, moldy coffee pot, broken furniture, missing shower curtain, and incomplete preparation.Safety & Privacy Violations: A male tenant entered through a locked interior door. Undisclosed shared spaces; management knew three women were renting.Misleading Listing: Inaccurate photos/description, undisclosed fees, and required post-booking cash app payments for check-in details.Poor Management: Concerns were dismissed or met with rudeness. No meaningful apology or adequate compensation offered.Final Note: As a long-term, 5-star VRBO user and property owner, this is my first negative review, written to warn others.
