The townhome offers a thoughtfully designed layout. The first level boasts a modern kitchen, a functional office space, and an inviting open-concept area that combines the living room and dining space. This floor also includes a convenient laundry room and a guest-friendly half bathroom, all centered around an entertainment setup with a 52-inch TV. Moving to the second level, guests will find comfort in three cozy bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 42-inch TV equipped with Roku for endless streaming options. Two well-appointed full bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. This townhome’s blend of comfort, functionality, and modern amenities makes it an ideal choice for short-term renters seeking a home-away-from-home experience.

Comfortable Townhome

This was our first time in Winston Salem to drop our son for college and the location of this townhouse was perfect. It’s close to the university. The place is very cozy and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. I loved that there was a tv and ceiling fan in each room. We will definitely stay here again.

Not luxurious but perfectly adequate for three couples for three nights. A nice addition would be grab bars in both shower tubs for safety.

We rented this townhome while visiting family for a long weekend. Found it to be everything we needed - clean, easy entry and check out process, nice location, and a very responsive / helpful host. Would stay here again for future visits.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space! The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe the whole trip! Only downside was, we struggled to get the front door locked and unlocked from the outside, seemed like there was an issue with the keypad! Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again!

Excellent accommodations

We chose this stay over a hotel while in town visiting family & were very happy with our stay. Accomodations were incredibly neat, tidy, & clean! Beds were comfortable. Hosts were great & friendly with an acceptable level of communication throughout the weekend. We will be bookmarking for fufure stays!
