*BRAND NEW* This stunning, custom-built 2200 square-foot cottage is the perfect place for you to experience all that the village of Alma and southern New Brunswick have to offer in any season! Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, watch the tides rise and fall, and the fishing boats pass by through the large windows or from the deck. Lots of parking for snowmobling and ATVs, with access to 8000 kms of groomed trails just 300 feet from the cottage.

Minutes from local attractions and activities, including: Fundy National Park; kayaking; Holy Whale microbrewery and pub; Kelly's famous Bakery; Octopus Garden Cafe; Alma's Boathouse; fresh seafood outlets; lobster shops; and more!
Enjoy the many things to do in Fundy National Park, including hiking, biking, waterfalls, salt-water swimming pool, golfing, and more. Or explore nearby attractions such as Cape Enrage (15 min drive) and Hopewell Rocks (30 min drive).

Lovely home with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the Bay of Fundy. Kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of both in-door and out-door seating areas. Great access to the National Park and the small town. With all of the bedrooms downstairs, having one of the showers up-stairs was less than ideal. For guests coming in from out of the area and planning to cook and eat in the house, we highly recommend shopping before you get to Alma.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, the beautiful Bay of Fundy views, the well-equipped kitchen, and our location near Fundy National Park and the village of Alma. We would just like to clarify the bathroom setup for future guests. Our three-bedroom cottage has three bathrooms. downstairs there is a toilet, vanity and shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a toilet and vanity. Upstairs there is another full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower and bathtub. We’re sorry that this arrangement did not meet your preferences during your stay. Regarding groceries, we specifically recommend to guests before arrival that they pick up their main groceries in Moncton or Sussex, as Alma is a small village with limited shopping options. This information was provided prior to your arrival for exactly that reason. We appreciate your stay and are happy that, overall, you enjoyed the home and everything the area has to offer.

Great location- close to all the town restaurants and the national park. Large and clean house with all the necessary supplies and a gorgeous view of the Bay of Fundy. Would definitely stay here if visiting the area again.

The property was even better than shown in the pictures and Megan was very responsive. The house has puzzles and games and everything you could want to relax. Kitchen has all necessary equipment including a Keurig machine. It was too cold to sit outside, but we enjoyed wonderful views from the living room throughout the day. Very easy access to National Fundy park which has hiking for novices through experts. It was the stay of a lifetime!

This house is all about the views. So peaceful with 180-degree views of the Bay of Fundy from the living area and front porches. Great location, but note the steep hill if you plan to walk back from dinner. Loved the town of Alma.

Just about perfect

Our family enjoyed Ocean Breeze immensely. The property was just about perfect with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the large open living room with space to play (and a fantastic view), while the adults enjoyed the stargazing and early morning sunrise in the deck.

Vacation after Bay of Fundy Marathon

We had a fantastic stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this house. We loved getting up early in the morning to see what wildlife we might encounter. We saw a pheasant, deer, a coyote, and a fox! Amazing views of the changing tides. The location is great for Hopewell Rocks and hiking National Fundy Park.

Ocean Breeze is a really beautiful location in Alma - incredible view, very spacious, well equipped, comfortable, clean and really well designed. I was there with my kids and their partners for a family reunion, and Ocean Breeze was the perfect spot for us. Thank you for a really awesome stay (5 days). Hope to see you again in 2 years 👌🙏😁

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house with such amazing views. Unfortunately the fridge broke down just before our check in but the owners brought in a replacement fridge and freezer although it was a bit of inconvenience as it was on the bottom floor. It was also a little farther than we expected to the village. Easy walk down but quite a steep hill coming back up. Overall, amazing stay!

Bay of Fundy Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The views of the bay were wonderful, when the fog disappeared. We spent many days exploring the area and we loved the little Villiage of Alma. This home has been set up with everything that you will need to have a great vacation. Meghan is a very responsive host and she answered our questions in a timely manner. Thank you Meghan for allowing us to visit your beautiful home. We hope to come back again someday.

Rest and Inspiration

Our stay at Ocean Breeze was wonderful! The place is lovelier than the photos even show!! The view is incredible, plenty of space to relax in, and the peace and quiet was just what we needed. We wished the heat pumps were working (the remotes were broken by the previous guests...why do people need to do that?!) as it got quite warm in the afternoons and slightly uncomfortable. However, it did not take anything away from our incredible experience, and we will most definitely be back next year!! Megan was amazing to deal with! She made the whole process so simple, and she was very attentive to our questions. The bottle of wine was a delightful bonus! Thank you!!!

Amazing views, amazing super spacious home!

We stay in vrbos about 16 -22 weeks a year on hiking travels with a group of friends. This vrbo should be rated a 10! It is THE best we have ever stayed in!!!! It is outstanding in every aspect! Extremely Clean, great stocked kitchen with superior utensils and pots pans. Comfortable beds! AMAZING views from the numerous windows facing all directions. Home is huge and the photos of it do not capture how spacious it is. The home has high quality detail throughout in the construction and design and furnishing of it The owners have put a lot of love and money in to this home. We loved it so much, we did not want to leave! Whenever I contacted Megan with a question ,she replied very quickly! The owners even left us a local wonderful bottle of wine! This is probably the best property in all of Alma to rent!!!close to the NP and Lighthouse Enrage and Hopewell Rocks. We will 100% stay here again on future visit to Bay of Fundy!!
