This stylishly decorated apartment is centrally located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, with Cotton Tree and the Maroochy River close by. Set just across the road from the ocean and backing onto a park and lake, it is within easy access of local amenities, restaurants and cafes as well as stunning beaches. The Beach Life complex includes a pool, spa, indoor gym room and outdoor BBQ area. This beautiful apartment is perfect for a couples getaway or family holiday.

The apartment features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen and living space, which opens onto a balcony area with a private BBQ and outdoor dining. Situated just across the road from Alexandra Headland Beach, this modern unit offers all the creature comforts you could desire for your next holiday.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Great location

The apartment was exactly as advertised ,very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to anyone holiday inn on the Sunny coast

Great holiday place.

Place was easy to find, clean, well presented and had convenient parking under the building. Beach was an easy walk from the apartment and only a few more minutes to the patrolled section. Place was family friendly. The swiming pool had some undercover area to provide shade. Lots of attractions close by. Messages were answered promptly and helpfully. A mobile number is provided for emergencies.

Luxurious apartment

The apartment was modern and clean and contained high quality appliances. Amenities such as shampoos, washing detergents were provided and we did not need to buy more as their was plenty provided. Beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Sitting area was spacious and couches were so soft. We cannot fault this luxurious apartment, we had an amazing stay!

Excellent all round apartment

Our apartment was more than we expected, catering to all our needs including Portacot, high chair and stroller. Location was walking distance to beach, play ground, cafes, BWS and other eateries. Beautiful sunny balcony larger enough for all 8 of us to eat breakfast every morning. Very secure building , felt safe the entire time we were there and loved the fact we didn’t have to worry about keys and who had them as we could all PIN code in to all areas of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely be back.

Beach life

A beautifully appointed apartment, very comfortable for a combined family trip with Grandparents. Terrific location at Alex Beach and we enjoyed beach walks to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Close to cotton tree shops and markets. Loved the luxury touches - local toiletries from Saba Noosa and eco-minded set up. We particularly enjoyed zoned air conditioning and the huge balcony overlooking the beach. Nice pool and spa area and a very well kept apartment complex with friendly residents. Good security in the complex. Jonathan, the property manager, was terrific- easy to communicate with and resolved any issues very quickly. We loved our holiday here and would happily return.
