Perfectly located in the beach tract of Pacific Grove, this 1,074 sf home is just a few blocks to the beach and recreation trail, a short distance to downtown and near the Pacific Grove Golf Links.

Living Space:
Pacific Gem is an updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home featuring an open floor plan with beautiful, hardwood flooring throughout.
The spacious living room is complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, a large flat-screen Smart TV. (The fireplace is decorative only.) Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining:
The dining area is located adjacent to the chef's kitchen and there is also counter seating for two at the breakfast bar. The freshly updated kitchen features new appliances and has modern conveniences to please including a single cup coffee maker.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a large Flat Screen TV.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a twin bed.
All beds have high quality linens.

The bathroom is located near bedrooms #1 and #2 and it has a shower-over-tub combination. Just outside the bathroom in the hallway is a linen closet for additional storage.

Outdoors:
A large private, enclosed patio is complete with a table for dining al-fresco and additional seating. A propane BBQ grill is at the ready for your grilling adventures.

A detached, one car garage has space for additional storage and includes the laundry center with a washer and dryer. Additional off-street parking is available in the driveway and street parking is plentiful.

One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs is welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
The dog should not be left alone on the property at any time.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
