This eight-bedroom home boasts three stories of elegance and is designed and catered specifically for vacationing guests, and is located in the highly proclaimed Bear's Den Neighborhood of Reunion Resort. With so much packed under one roof, you may find yourself spending days at your own personal resort-style home, rather than visiting the crowded theme parks. This home has everything from a golf side resort-style pool, movie theater, game room, and custom bunk rooms with all of the bells and whistles.

As soon as you enter this large estate home, you are greeted with an open, row-story foyer. The staircase wraps up and around to the second floor, where plenty of living space and entertainment awaits on the top two floors. To the left, guests will find their way to the main level of the home. A large hallway leads to an open living, dining area, and kitchen, all perfect for a large family to get together. Gather around and watch old family videos or your favorite tv show on the 83” smart tv in the living room. Guests will sit comfortably on the oversized double-sectional sofas and extra seating. A large and modern industrial fan will keep the air moving and ensure comfort all day long.

The kitchen features plenty of counter space throughout on the custom quartz countertops, with plenty of space to prep the holiday dinner. Guests will enjoy the luxury appliances, including an Electrolux fridge and freezer, a Wolf convection oven, a gas range stove with six burners and griddle, and double stoves. The gas range stove even features a pot filler to save the hassle of lugging pots of water from the sink. After dinner, having two full-size sinks and double dishwashers will make cleaning up even easier. Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the built-in wine fridge, and early risers will get a fresh cup out of the Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen also features a large dining nook, with plenty of bench seating and space to eat or enjoy a game! Bar seating for five is perfect for enjoying breakfast, or watching tv while having a bite! The dining room has a great view of the resort-style patio and boasts a grand dining table with seating for eighteen.

The living room and dining room both offer large sliding doors that open up to a world of luxury resort living. The covered patio offers an abundance of seating, with a large living area that features multiple sofas, a large table, and corner-mounted smart TVs. The grill enthusiast will be able to cook up that prize-winning steak on the Coyote grill while watching the big game. The outdoor living/dining space includes two ceiling fans for added comfort. Guests will also enjoy challenging each other to a game on the outdoor foosball table, under shade, and in the comfort of a ceiling fan. If you prefer to get wet when you play, the poolside basketball hoop is for you. For those looking to enjoy the Florida sun, the patio also features plenty of lounge seating and a private heated pool with an oversized spillover spa. For the golf enthusiast, you will be in the front row of some of the best action. Enjoy bar seating in your own pool, with full access and a view of the 18th fairway and green of the famed Jack Nicklaus course. Soak up the sun on the eight dry lounge chairs or drift away in comfort on one of the two water lounge chairs. A fifth outdoor tv is positioned perfectly to enjoy from the hot tub or while playing a game of foosball. A half bathroom is conveniently off of the dining room and back patio for easy access.

With two of the six living quarters on the first floor, those looking to escape will find refuge in one of two king master bedrooms. The middle king master features rustic wood bedding and furniture, complemented with a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan on the extra tall ceiling. The bathroom offers a large glass shower to complete the resort feel. The second master king bedroom offers plenty of space, including two extra chairs for winding down or watching your favorite show on the 75” wall-mounted smart tv. This room features custom accent ceilings and oversized ceiling fans. The master bathroom features a deep soaking tub and an extra large glass rain shower with an extra shower. The bathroom also has a double vanity and a separate water closet.
Guests will also have a full-size lifted washer and dryer, as well as a sink, in the downstairs laundry room.

Family movie night will never be the same after you've experienced your own, in-home movie theater. The large theater offers space for everyone and has a top-tier row with six leather reclining movie seats. For those looking to sink in for a movie, the lower level features an extra large plush sofa, perfect for movie night. Extra bean bag chairs are just right for the little ones to lay back and enjoy! A small bar area with a mini fridge is conveniently located outside the theater for easy access.

The action continues on the second floor, as you will find an additional six bedrooms. Directly at the top of the stairs, guests have access to another full washer and dryer. The small commanders will retreat to another planet far away in the master galaxy space room, featuring four full custom bunk beds, with a swirly slide to a private playroom and foam pit! This fun room has plenty of space to play and get lost in the black light and custom cosmic murals. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The double queen master is perfect for teens or adults looking to spread out. This room has a 55” wall-mounted smart tv, a large closet, and wall controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a large glass shower. Down the hall, the princesses will escape to the custom castle bunk room, with four full beds. Life of royalty will be had as the princesses also have their own private bathrooms with a shower. Next door, another king master offers up extra seating, a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with shower.

The back of the home offers two king master bedrooms, with golf views. The back left king is an oversized master with an extra seating area and custom recessed ceilings. Guests will enjoy the 70” wall-mounted smart tv and stylish fan. Two barn doors reveal a master bathroom set for only the best! Double vanity with custom accent walls and lighting set the tone, as guests can relax in the freestanding deep tub or double shower with an additional rain shower. The right-back king master features a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a glass shower with custom tile. This room also has access to the second-floor balcony, with sweeping views of the 18th.

The balcony offers plenty of seating with several living areas, and 75” and 50” smart TVs for entertainment. The balcony also has a stylish ceiling fan for comfort, and an outdoor pool table to keep the fun going. Inside, guests will also have a desk area, perfect for getting some work done.

The third-floor loft offers an arcade and entertainment area, certain to keep guests busy for hours! At the top of the stairs, you will find a shuffleboard table and a 55” wall-mounted smart tv. The gaming area offers two gaming stations, with PlayStation 5, Xbox, and two 55” smart TVs. Get your golf game going on the Golden Tee, set with a 65” smart tv monitor. Get in the competitive spirit with a game of basketball on the Shoot To Win arcade, enjoy a game of pinball on the Avengers pinball, or challenge to a race on the Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift racing game! A kitchen area with a mini fridge is perfect for storing refreshments, and a half bathroom provides easy access.

Outside, guests will enjoy the best views around on the third-floor balcony featuring a private ten-person hot tub with an overhead fireplace. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address. Please note that all vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted within the Bears Den community and vehicles parked on the street will be towed.

While staying in this property you will be able to use Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion's Water Park, Tennis, and Golf.
