Large Retro Beach House with Style Class and Fun.

Spacious Private Property that can cater for any size group with an Exceptional Family/Games Room and only a 2 min drive to the beach or a 4 min drive to Rye Foreshore Shopping Central.

The house is a Original Classic Family 1960's Unique and Special.

External staircases connects downstairs to first floor.

It was a house built to Relax and Enjoy the surrounding beaches with family and friends.
It is Cosy and Comfortable and Unique.
The Garden is Large with mature Olive and Fig trees and Native trees and grass.
The shed outside is Not for use.

THE PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE of all Doonas, Bedding, Sheets, Pillows and Bath Towels.
There is a Full Kitchen with staples and the Laundry has a Washing Machine and Dryer and detergent.

House is fully fenced.
We allow a Small Dog but must be well-behaved but not allowed to jump on beds or lounges. Extra care on carpeted areas of house.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBLE to clean up after your dog (little friend)

Please keep the house clean and use bins provided.
Please look after the house and enjoy your stay!!

NO SCHOOLIES Keep noise level down from 12pm to 7am. Rye council Rules. Anything used in kitchen needs to be washed dried and put away.
Use bins provided any extra rubbish take with you. Put recycle and house rubbish bins out on Sunday on front nature strip for Monday Collection.
Clean up after your dog on all grass areas. Clean BBQ if you use it and put cover on When you leave Turn Off Aircon and Oil Heater and outside lights

Retro in Rye

A great property in an excellent location. The property is exactly as listed. The laundry facilities were greatly appreciated as was the games room. Excellent communication from the owner with clear check in and check instructions. I highly recommend this property and would book it again. Thanks Emilia for allowing us to stay in your property. A great time was had by all.

Lovely place has everything you’d need

very nice. you do need to go outside to go down or upstairs. most of the living space is upstairs. house is old and the tiles in the kitchen aren’t fixed which is a little frustrating. we were very comfortable however and enjoyed our stay very much.

Weekend away

I booked this House for a birthday weekend away with a few friends. The house is just out of town nice quiet location but conveniently close to shops.We booked on a weekend that rained constantly and had to change some plans and stay at the house and this place was perfect to be having game tables, chrome cast and a home away from home vibe, we all ended up happy to not go anywere! Planning on booking again in the summertime, though as mentioned this is a really great place for any weather.Also have to mention the ease of communication and friendliness of Emilia throughout the booking process was incredible.Every person had such a great time. Thankyou for everything!
