気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
The check-in instructions were confusing and we weren't able to get in contact with the host. We had to park nearby and didn't have access to the elevator so we had to carry our bags up to the second floor to get to the elevator entrance. The apartment was dirty, furniture and carpets stained and smaller than expected. Without AC, the doors had been left open and there were bugs in the apartment as well. The first night at 3AM a fire alarm went off in the building and we had to evacuate. Safe to say we found other lodging for the next night.

Great location fair condition marginal value stay

Very responsive communication from manager, which is good because check-in instructions were not real clear. Once inside, property was not accessorized like the pics. Minimal furnishings, carpet is a bit dirty, balcony furniture is not usable - badly rusted and one of the chairs was completely broken. Sunset view is great, but that means the afternoon sun really warms the unit and there is no AC to cool it off (opening windows is only way to moderate temp). Washing machine but no dryer, and strong musty smell inside machine. Toilet seat was broken but functional and there's no place to set anything down in the shower/bathroom, like, not even a simple soap dish/shelf. We paid extra for parking in the secure lot in the basement, but twice had to ask someone to move their car out of our assigned space.
