The Space:

The property offers 3,100 square feet of comfortable, air-conditioned living space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including four private bedrooms each with a king-size bed, four and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a laundry room, and a garage. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, patio, and backyard. Beach access is also available a 2 minute walk away. The keycode for the front door will be sent to you automatically before check-in.

The closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB), approximately a 15-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport (ORH) is about an hour drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend using a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel experience.

Best beachside rental

We've stayed here twice and love it. Great space for a family, close beach access, hot tub and pool are heated for winter time, close to shopping and great space for kids. We will be back!

Wonderful place! More than enough room for our family of six to spread out. The pool / spa was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The location worked out great for college move in at FL Tech. Only complaint was that the puzzle was missing a lot of pieces. Thanks for letting us use your beach chairs!

Beach Haven was a great respite for our Thanksgiving vacation. My wife, kids and I really enjoyed everything! Craig was very helpful with a minor issue with the pool, and accommodated us nicely. Great job!

Beautiful home with private beach access across A1A

The home was beautiful, which I appreciate we enjoyed the pool and spa. Did not necessarily care for walking across A1A to get to the beach access but once you did, it was beautiful.

Wanna get away?

This was a wonderful get away. The house is beautiful and quiet. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The beach is right across the street. The host were most gracious and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Christmas 2024

We arrived on Christmas Day. The home was very clean & great space. The real treat was the spa & pool. Our 6 yr old could not get enough time in the water. The outdoor shower & bathroom keeps the indoors clean.The Beach is very easy to walk to. It would be nice if the town would add a crosswalk but we never had an issue. Our hosts were great. We would stay again

One of the nicest homes we have ever rented

One-year old 4br house. Only drawback is that it sits on a highway (A1A). But it is oriented away from the road and seems well insulated for sound. Comfortable at every turn. An upstairs TV room is partially nice, with comfortable seating, a big TV, and a view to the east. There is terrific park, playground, and beach across the street - about a quarter mile if you use the traffic light to cross the busy road. The owners responded within minutes to our every inquiry.

The rental was spacious enough for my sons family of 5 and my wife and myself. Everything was clean when we arrived. The home is right across from beach access (it is a 5 lane road, hold on to the kids when you cross) and crossing the road is a timing thing. Be patient the traffic does give clear moments to cross. Once you get to the beach it's a nice and low key spot to enjoy the ocean, sunrises, sunsets and rocket launches (we saw two during our stay). The pool and hot tube were welcome for adults and kids. The AC was acting up when we arrived and after letting the owner know he was right on it and brought a temporary AC unit to ensure we were comfortable. A day latter he had someone install needed replacement part on the AC and it worked great. We met the owner when he came out to trouble shoot the AC and you can tell he takes pride in his rental and wants to make sure his guest have a 5 star experience. Guess what 5 stars.
