Large, tastefully decorated three bedroom home. Great fenced backyard perfect for the 4 legged family members. Nice central location walking distance to clubs, CBD and the beach.

Features: 2 living areas, open plan kitchen & dining area, en-suite to the main bedroom, large outdoor covered deck, ramp entrance plus grab rails in bathrooms, off-street parking for two vehicles plus carport for one, short walk (approx. 650m) to clubs & CBD and (approx. 900m) to the beach.

Woolgoolga, better known to the locals as 'Woopi' is the hub of the Northern Beaches. You'll find all the necessities along with boutique shopping in the CBD plus a supermarket close by. Gorgeous shorelines cater for fishing, swimming and surfing alike. Take advantage of award winning cafe's & restaurants. Jump in the car for the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 25km's (approx.) away for major shopping.

Perfect for our Easter Getaway!

Whoopi Rest Place was perfect for our Easter get away break. I met upi with my Sister and her hubby here for a few days over Easter and it was bliss. Woolgoolga is away from all the chaos of Coffs Harbour and we had the most relaxaing time on the local beaches. The house itself had everything we needed and it was perfectly clean and quite too. The only thing we missed was the wifi to access netflix.

The house was perfect for our needs, being a base for a sporting event in which we left early and returned late. Plenty of room for what we needed.House seemed to catch the breezes nicely to cool things down during a very warm few days.Wi-Fi would a helpful addition. We couldn't find any tea/coffee for a fix on arrival, so worth bearing in mind.The location is perfect. Nice and quiet and easily walkable into the centre of Woolgoolga.We would happily return for future events.

Woopi Delights

Its always a pleasure to visit Woopi. This is an older house, but it is clean and comfortable. NO Wi-fi makes turning off and actually leaving work behind easy. Close to all Woolgoolga has to offer, and a very short walk to the RSL or the Seabreeze mean you're never far from anything your heart desires.

Great place, comfortable

Great house - just as advertised, fabulous beach. Remember to BYO coffee/tea/milk, paper towel etc. Back yard is dog friendly but not dog proof due to gaps under fence. Check that the window lock keys are available- agent was very quick to bring the bedroom window lock keys to us, when requested. Thank you
