The master bath has a 2-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, and a separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well.

On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a den. The den has a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming and Apple TV, and access to the patio with a private hot tub and a small fenced yard with a built-in gas grill and fire pit. The second bedroom has a King bed and a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a Bunk with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. It has its own full-size bath with a 2-sink vanity, sunken jetted tub, and separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and parking for 2 vehicles in the garage.
