Situated in this exclusive gated precinct, featuring an air of secluded luxury, this designer’s own home is fully appointed with brand new furnishings delivering the ultimate getaway, restful escape or adventure, in this sought-after region of the Mornington Peninsula.

Seamless indoor-outdoor living in contemporary style includes:

• Free-flowing open plan lounge and dining area
• Immense wraparound alfresco deck, ideal for barbeques, entertaining and sumptuous cocktails at dusk
• 6-person jacuzzi with mood lighting
• Two guest bedrooms (configured to sleep four with King Single beds or two King size beds)
• Modern kitchenette/laundry opening onto courtyard with clothesline
• Caesarstone bathroom with tub

This ground floor guesthouse is 1 of 2 on the property offering privacy and includes a secluded alfresco deck with spa and dedicated driveway parking.

Sunset Moonah Links Views & Spa is private accommodation, and forms 1 of 2 units with its own separate entry on the ground floor, and the spa is completely yours to use during your stay.
There is strictly no access to the upper-level unit.
The property has a wonderful kitchenette complete with coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and two element electric cooker.
Car parking is off street in the car parking bays opposite the property.

Please also note - There is a security camera at the entrance of the property - looking out from the garage to the driveway and road access.
There is another camera looking out over the golf course from the 2nd floor.
There are no other security devices on the property or in the area - specifically the spa area

A lovely short stay with plenty to see and do in the local area. The apartment was great. Very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the spa!

My family loved our stay, the spa was a hit with the kids who loved watching the sunset in the spa. It was a perfect hub to come back to after the Peninsula Hot Spring and the Enchanted Adventure Gardens.

Not made for long stays

We were a little shocked when we arrived And The picture displayed online was not where we were staying. Instead a very steep decent to The guest house with luggage in The rain proved to be a little tricky. Spa was great! No real kitchen just a sink/laundry room. The plug in hotplate didnt heat up after trying to cook bacon And eggs for over 20 mins we gave up. Wouldn't recommend trying to cook or prepare food here. If weather permitted you could use bbq. It Was too wet for us and not undercover. Only very basics available. Place was very clean And accommodating with towels And linen.Overall feeling was not very warm And inviting but ticked the basic boxes. Probably wouldn't recommend as a small family or a long stay but maybe a couple for a really short stay. Vacuum And Drying rack for clothes Would of come in handy.

Stunning House with an amazing vista!

Such a Beautiful place to stay and being in a gated community it was very peaceful! The spa was a highlight and allowed us Beautiful and relaxing view of the stars in the night sky! Perfectly located to allow easy access to Portsea, Sorrento and also to the Red Hill wineries. Of course not forgetting being sooo close to the back beaches! Highly Recommend!!

Very relaxing

Nice quiet location; even though it backs on to the golf course there is still a good level of privacy. The kitchenette is adequate for shorter stays. Centrally located to many of the great attractions of the Mornington Peninsula. Loved the spa pool.

Lovely Stay

A lovely property and overall relaxing stay. The hot-tub was beautiful and house was clean. A friend and I stayed and she reported the main bedroom was lovely and comfortable. The single bed in the second room was unfortunately extremely firm and I woke up sore 2 out of 3 days. Otherwise a lovely home and getaway.

Weekend stay

Beautiful location and the property was very clean. Hot tub was really nice and a big size. Kitchen is small as per description, worth noting there is no freezer as this caught us out. Although the description does state a fridge not fridge/freezer which we hadn’t noticed. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay here and would return.
