The Space:
The condo is located in the Suites Quinto Sol complex and is located in one of the best spots in downtown Playa del Carmen! You’ll be just a short walk from some of the most popular beaches and beach clubs and as our guests, you’ll have a discount at Martina Beach Club when renting chairs and umbrellas. Plus, you’re just 1/2 block from the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street where you’ll have almost anything you could think of just steps from your door! Don’t fret, the condo is soundproof to ensure that you get a good night’s rest.

You don’t have to venture out if you don’t feel like it because the complex has a spectacular rooftop pool, shaded dining tables, and a fitness room. Never miss a workout!

The main spaces of the 2nd-floor condo:

- A bright and airy SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to your private balcony where you have a table and 2 chairs. The space is outfitted with a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs that face a wall-mounted TV. The sofa can be pulled out to accommodate 2 more guests.

- A KITCHEN that has plenty of cabinet space to stock with groceries and some cookware to prepare homemade dishes. This is great if you are on a budget or have a special diet! Of course, we didn’t forget the coffee maker to help you get your day started!

- A KITCHEN ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools for in-home dining and can also be used as a laptop-friendly workspace.

- The BEDROOM features a king-sized bed to sprawl out on, a wall-mounted TV, a desk for a dedicated workspace if needed and an ensuite bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a sofa bed for 2. And with TWO FULL BATHROOMS in the condo, you can easily accommodate 4 guests in comfort.

Tons to see and do nearby, like the beach and beach clubs, water sports, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat and fishing tours, golf, and easy day trips to Tulum, Akumal, Cancun, and the island of Cozumel!

The condo is located at the Suites Quinto Sol complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). However, check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day. If you’re arriving by car, there’s free garage parking available.

There are elevators; however, in case they’re out of service, guests will need to climb stairs.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are exterior surveillance cameras in common areas and public spaces strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 p.m., to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after the stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during the stay, if ID verification is needed.
- Pets are only allowed by request and a pet fee will apply if approved.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code. We will provide any necessary access codes and instructions before arrival.
