It would be our pleasure to host your wedding, family trip, or corporate retreat at the most spectacular BRAND NEW rental in the Rocky Mountains, the MERCER CLUBHOUSE.

This truly unique property features 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and the perfect indoor/outdoor gathering spaces to host your group:
• Two chef’s kitchens, fully stocked
• A stunning living/dining area beside a massive window feature
• A seating & games area tucked around a stone gas fireplace
• Two large movie rooms
• 2nd floor deck outdoor amenity space with patio seating, BBQ, & hot tub with unobstructed view of Three Sisters mountains
• Main floor outdoor amenity space with patio seating, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, & artificial turf
• Two laundry rooms
• Concierge service for guests that need help with planning extra details

No shared facilities with adjacent properties. Everything is yours to use, AND YOURS ONLY!

When it is time to rest and have some private time away from your group, the property features 8 modestly sized bedrooms, and a surplus of bathrooms so you not stuck juggling shared facilities.

Canmore Bylaw restricts the property to 2 private on-site parking spots, however, there is plenty of free parking on the street adjacent to the property. During busy times, the street parking can be very limited and you may need to park additional vehicles a block or two away. We recommend bringing as few vehicles as possible to minimize the disruption of finding additional parking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Complex bylaws do not allow guests to use outdoor amenity spaces past 10pm, this will be strictly enforced due to noise concerns. Check-out & Check-in times are firm as it takes our lovely cleaners a significant amount of time to clean the space up to our expectations for the next guests!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your accomadations were perfect for our family get together. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep on and lots of space to enjoy games, food, hot tubbing and visiting. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of table space and chairs. The roominess, Christmas decorations and gorgeous view set the mood for a wonderful experience.

A terrific house with spectacular scenic backdrop for a reunion trip that includes 10 adults and 5 adult-aged children. Great amenities throughout and a short creek side walk or short drive into Canmore town.

Perfect location and stay

We hosted a wellness retreat in this beautiful location. There was so much space and the rooms great for a lot of people. Beds were comfy, so many dishes so there were never a shortage! I would highly recommend staying here for a bit group!

Amazing!

Great space for a large group. Everything you need on the property and close to everything else you may need, including food and entertainment. Short drive to Banff is a plus.

Family vacation

We had a family of 17 staying in Mercer House, age range 6 months to 70. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The accommodations were fabulous, kitchen facilities offered everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths clean with all necessary items. Check-in and check-out communication was thorough and prompt.Kasia’s communication could not have been better both prior to stay and during our stay. I was concerned about parking as we had 4 vehicles but did not have trouble finding street parking. Also, easy access to highway 1.

Annual Group Ski Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It accommodated our entire large group comfortably. It’s built for two families to coexist in the same house and not bother one another. 10 out of 10 rating for large groups and or families. Convenient location.

Great weekend away

Nothing here disappointed. We had lots of space and adequate seating for 24 people. Facilities were great. Only caution, it’s very close to other rentals and can be noisy. Would book again without hesitation.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The place is truly amazing - massive windows with mountain views, gorgeous patios with hot tubs, high end furniture, well equipped kitchen, fantastic location etc. I can’t say enough about the property. The manager was very responsive and they were very kind to help coordinate getting back a forgotten beloved stuffed animal after we had left.

Amazing space

We rented both suites. The two kitchens and living areas is amazing for a big group so everyone can be together but also not all over each other. Received consistently prompt responses from the property manager on any inquiry.

Exceeds expectations!

We rented this unit for 12 golfers and comfortably fit all of us. There are so many nice amenities like 2 hot tubs and decks as well as gathering places to spread out in smaller groups but also to come together and dine/drink, play poker, etc. Location is convenient short drive or easy walk to bars and restaurants. Only issue is that it was a bit tough finding street parking at night for our 3rd car but were able to fit all 3 cars in the driveway. All in all, this was one of the best VRBOs we ever rented and our whole group was thoroughly impressed!

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful house! It is very well stocked, even with things I wasn't expecting like coffee and detergent. The furnishings are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, and spacious bathrooms. The bedrooms have blackout curtains but light still comes in around the sides and top. We're just not used to the length of the day! But that would not stop me from coming back. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay there!

Incredible home, but be sure to plan way ahead

We (three generations of family, ages 11-73) loved the home and the proximity to Canmore and banff towns. Unfortunately we did not know that to book the in home dining experience we needed to book months in advance, and the check out time was extremely inflexible. Getting three kids out of the home by 10am is tough- when we book a place at this price/luxury level I had hoped for a bit more flexibility. But overall an incredible home and vacation regardless!

Wonderful multi-family ski/snowboard holiday stay

We stayed at the Mercer Club over Christmas for a week of skiing/snowboarding. We had 15 people in our group so we rented both properties (Mountain View & Valley View). It was a wonderful base for our daily trips to the ski resorts in Banff NP. The properties were new, clean, and well furnished with enough room for everyone to spread out. The host was thoughtful and put up a beautiful decorated Christmas tree during the holidays. The host was also very responsive with all the questions or feedback. The parking can be a little tricky if you come back later in the evening because of the limited reserved parking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Mercer Club and highly recommend it for a large group.

Highly recommend staying at the Mercer Clubhouse

We had a group of 11 friends staying here for a skiing/snowboarding trip for 5 days. We rented the entire property (it can be closed off into two). The property looks very new and has a lot of windows with the upper floor having nice views of the mountains. It is within walking distance of amenities in Canmore, including two small brewpubs. The kitchens are great and very well stocked with appliances, pots/pans, etc. for those that love to cook. One minor quibble, the ice machines in the freezers did not work so we had to go out and buy ice for our beverages. The common rooms are nice and open so we were all able to gather and eat or hang out. The hot tubs outside were wonderful after a long day of skiing and the shovel near the door was a nice touch in case it snowed and we needed to clear a path to the upstairs hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size, had comfy linens and towels. There was a washer and dryer and some detergent so we were able to do a couple of loads when needed. And the checkout tasks were easy and not overdone. The hosts were able to accommodate an early check in for us which I know is not always possible but it was great that they could do that. We had the two parking spots on property and parking our third car was easy during the week but a bit more challenging on the weekend. We would definitely rent this property again!
