Morning light spills across the Gulf as you breathe in the salt air from the private decks. This Port St. Joe beach house brings you close to the ocean with inviting outdoor spaces, sea views, and a sense of calm that follows every breeze.

Sleeping arrangements
The 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout sleeps up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle (2 twin beds). Upstairs, the master suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms (1 has a gulf view balcony as well) each feature queen beds, smart TVs, and ample storage.

Outdoor living
Unwind beside the private outdoor pool, open year-round and heated October through March (Additional Fee Applies). After a beach day just 300 steps away, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax by the fire pit, or share a barbecue meal on the upper deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fenced backyard offers privacy, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining area perfect for cool coastal evenings.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor combines a kitchen, dining, and living area with gulf views. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking basics provides everything needed for easy meal prep. Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy casual seating at the breakfast bar.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a (window AC/Heat unit-located on the very bottom bedroom with the trundle-twin beds) to ensure comfort in every season. The home includes a free washer and dryer, towels, bed linens, and essentials. Entertainment comes easy with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. Family-friendly extras include a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby gates, children’s books, and board games.

Pet-friendly stay
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per pet. The fenced yard offers space for pets to relax safely by your side.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

*NOTE:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
