Welcome to your private coastal retreat - a cozy escape near the sand w/ gulf views, a private fenced in pool and back yard with plenty of space to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for both comfort and space. On the ground level, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle provides two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, updated ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, storage space, and smart TVs. An updated full bathroom with double vanities and a tub-shower combo serves this floor.

Outdoor living
You are just 300 steps from the beach, making it easy to move between the shoreline and the home’s private outdoor spaces. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit for relaxed evenings. The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, and offers a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after time in the sand, while two decks offer places to enjoy the sea breeze. The upper deck includes a BBQ grill for simple meals overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Kitchen & dining
The top-floor open-concept living area brings together the a newly updated kitchen, dining table, and seating spaces with gulf views as a backdrop. The kitchen includes the essentials you need for cooking your own meals, along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter to make gathering easy.

Comfort & amenities
Practical touches throughout the home include free washer and dryer in-unit, towels and bed linens, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A 75 inch HDTV with standard cable and a dedicated workspace support both quiet evenings and moments when you need to stay connected. Families will find a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby gates, children’s books and toys, and board games ready for use.

Pet-friendly stay
The home is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. The fenced yard offers space for pets to enjoy time outdoors alongside you. Assistance animals are always allowed.

Neighborhood
Located in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you very close to the shoreline(300 steps), local dining, and scenic coastal roads. Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas are all within easy reach for day trips, beach walks, or exploring the surrounding coastline.

Families, small groups, and beach lovers looking for a peaceful space near the water, whether you prefer quiet mornings on the deck, time by the pool, or easy days on the sand.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
