Firstly, not sure why you canceled your previous booking suddenly and rebooked with us without checking everything stated in our listing. 1.It's a studio room with a bathroom + spare guest room as seen in the pictures - NOT bakcpack stay. 2. You have only booked for 5 nights (4/7-9/7), not 7 days. 3. Sufficient towels and linens in place. Every bed has an electric blanket and duvet+blanket. 4. You experienced noises from the TV from upstairs before you called me at 10pm. Sorry for the overlooked noise. However, it was resolved immediately, and not sure who is up at 4 am with the noise. 5. Not aware of you were at home when we set the burglar alarm. If it rang, you could have called me immediately to turn it off rather than leave it on for hours if it is what you have experienced. 6. Fridge is inside the garage as shown to you at check-in. Hand towels on granite bench. Most importantly, we have advised the guest to have shoes off before entering and have indoor slippers on for hygiene reasons and we also got a baby crawling on the carpet. It must be very hard for guests to keep up with the house rules and loads of sand in their bedroom floor found during the cleaning. The guest has not discussed with me about canceling 2 nights prior to their departure. I only got a call afterward for a refund of 2 nights. According to the refund policy, no refund is entitled however with a goodwill gesture, I offered 50% refund to move on since the house rule is not met.
