This brand-new, glorious four-bedroom seaside retreat, built by an award-winning builder, is nestled on Bondi Beach in the uber-exclusive enclave of Ben Buckler. Entering from Hastings Parade, one of the city’s most sought-after addresses, the bright white façade of the home is flanked by palm trees and features a two-car, lock-up garage – handy in a suburb where on-street parking is a rare commodity!

That might be because, while it’s in the heart of Australia’s busiest beachside suburb, it feels completely private and tucked away when you’re enjoying the rear garden and pool. You’d never guess there’s a world-renowned range of fine-dining, trendy shopping and nightlife just around the corner.

Whether you’re travelling with children or a group, this home offers everything you need. The large laundry facilities and garage parking make life so much easier, while the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces mean everyone has room to do their own thing. The outdoor shower is ideal to get the sand off the kids before jumping into the heated pool!
