BEACHFRONT, 5 mins from Manly. Summer 25/26 booking dates are NOW open.We book out early, so book now. Make some memories at this beachfront family-friendly home. Five-level semi-renovated relaxed beach house is located directly across from South Curl Curl Beach featuring spectacular 180-degree beach and ocean views. Perfect for a multi-family and friends getaway. A bespoke design with sleeping spaces on 3 different levels for privacy and multiple casual living spaces.
**We not a contemporary modern house but a rustic, relaxed beach house. Given we are meters from the breaking waves and salt spray, furniture and some photos may differ slightly when upgrading or replacing some furniture items and restyling.
The space
-Master bedroom (king bed) a shared wraparound terrace with sweeping ocean views
-2nd bedroom ocean views (queen bed)
-3rd bedroom (Queen bed)
-4th children's bedroom (2x king singles and single trundle )
-5th Bedroom (Queen wall bed)
-Family/living room with fireplace and high ceilings, flows out to a backyard with an undercover deck, BBQ, and trampoline
-Multiple living areas
- 3 full bathrooms - ensuite, main with bath/shower, and entry-level area with shower, toilet, vanity.
- Driveway parking for x2 medium cars (no garage access)
- Multiple sitting areas
- Backyard with extra-large spring-free trampoline, BBQ, and patio area.
- Comfortable to sleep 10 Adults (max for bookings) with beds
- Air conditioning is top floor in primary living/kitchen/dining only.
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The house is very cool on lower levels as has been designed to be a passive house with ocean breezes flowing throughout so designed to never need aircon except at the top level.
- Small TV media room on lower backyard level with kitchenette and dishwasher for backyard/downstairs access for BBQ dishes with a small Weber BBQ on back patio

Guests have private access to all spaces.
Other things to note
Parking on driveways only for 2 small/medium sized cars. Free Street parking is available.
