Our guest cottage shares our well maintained 1.88 acre property. We are nearby if you need anything. Our property backs onto the tall trees of the protected Little Qualicum River Estuary. We are a short 3 minute walk to the stunning Qualicum Beach shore with daily visits from eagles, bunnies and deer. BBQ on the patio under the strung patio lights, with table, chairs and propane fire-bowl. It is a relaxing, restful space after a beach day, shopping, sampling local cuisine or adventuring. Our well appointed accommodations come with a very comfortable large king-size bed, an extra pull-out sofa-bed in living room, kitchen with induction cooktop, apartment size fridge and freezer. Your Qualicum Beach adventure awaits. Come stay, relax and enjoy.

A little gem of a place. Beach area lovely with very little traffic. The host is very thoughtful with the supplies she provided such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper, foil, etc. a great place to relax. Very comfortable like home. Amenities close by.

This was a great stay! Exactly what we needed for just the 2 of us to get away. Close to the beach, amenities and it was very clean. Bed was one of the comfiest we have had. Thank you for having us.

We had a fantastic stay at Nautical Acres. Great location close to the beach. Very secluded and private, this gem was all we could ask for. Our family of four fit comfortably. We will definitely be booking here again! The hosts were super hospitable and friendly, making sure we settled in and asking if we needed any information on the local area.

Awesome place!

We enjoyed our three nights at Nautical Acres! Just as described. Hostess was easy to communicate with, joyful and informative. We walked to the beach several times and also walked and used our bikes in the quiet neighborhood filled with wild/ferrel bunnies! Beds were very comfortable. Unit was extremely clean. Welcoming book with a few favorite local things to do and more about the area in the other room. The unit is private and located within comfortable proximity to the main home. Hostess was especially accommodating and helped us with a load of laundry. Photos are of me enjoying a pot of tea on the deck in the morning listening to the bald eagles and dozen other bird calls; of our children walking the spacious grounds and snacking on a couple of wild berries

Fabulous experience - luxurious and peaceful

Wow. What a property. I strongly recommend this for couples, small families, and groups of 2-4. The area is stunning, the amenities are excellent, and everything is so clean and well decorated. I strongly recommend you barbecue, air fry, and so on your own meals here. Full-sized fridge, a microwave, an induction stovetop, and more!Bravo to Robynn and her family for such a beautiful experience end to end. She provided great recommendations to help ensure our experience was as incredible as possible! Bonus points for the umbrellas, camping chairs, sporting equipment, and superb welcome guide.

Fantastic Accommodations

Communication was second to none from first making our reservation to the end of our stay. Accommodations were clean, well equipped and located within a five minute walk to the ocean. Our hostess was helpful in every-which way. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hope to stay there again if ever back in the area.

Very cozy and comfortable

This little cottage was very comfortable, cozy and quiet. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our week stay. Robyn was a lovely host who ensured we were well taken care of.

Cute Cottage

This VRBO offers all the comforts and amenities for an extended stay. The cottage is tucked away on the property and the deck is a perfect spot for stargazing away from city lights at night. An owl could be heard in the trees on the edge of the property. We were not in town for beach time, but there is nearby access, corner store available at the closest resort as well as Deez restaurant which we recommend.

Gorgeous Spot

Super adorable cabin situated in a lovely piece of property with the beach just a quick jaunt down the road. All kinds of great hikes, beaches and great food within a 30 minute drive in all directions. The cabin itself was perfect. Had all we needed to make excellent meals. The king sized bed was a wonderful plus for my 6'3 husband. A couple of small children could easily sleep on the pull out bed but I would not recommend for another adult. Definitely the perfect couple spot.

Wonderful accomodation

Exactly as advertised. Hosts are very responsive. Loved watching the rabbits eat the grass as I sipped my morning coffee.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location, nice unit. The shower is very tiny and hard to use - not recommended for a long stay. There is an open electrical panel covered by a picture next to the shower above the toilet which doesn't seem safe. Would have preferred a regular toaster to the old toaster oven. Good information provided by the host.

Lovely girls weekend!

The property was clean, stocked with essentials and more, and so comfortable! Close access to beaches, and easy to walk to the main strip along the beach too! The host, Robynn, was so friendly and kind! She made us feel right at home. We had an amazing girls weekend, and would highly recommended staying here!

Vacation

My husband, myself and brother shared this cabin on nautical Acres. It has an enclosed bedroom with a comfortable King sized bed. My brother slept on a comfortable pull out queen sized mattress built into the couch. There’s a small fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. It’s very quiet, private property with a nice outside patio with a bbq. I never heard any outside noises and found it to be a peaceful location. It’s approx 1/2 block easy walk to Qualicum Beach. The property is approx 5-8 min from downtown Qualicum. We really enjoyed staying here , and would definitely return.

Very Nice

Robynn's place is exactly as described and pictured, exceeding both of those things. It is very clean and of good quality. The deck and acreage are very nice and private. Deer and rabbits frequent the place. It is a short two minute walk to the beach and very nice sunsets. Communication with the host is exceptional, prompt, and accurate. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Lovely. Quiet. Clean and everything you need.

The hosts were very welcoming, and helpful. Then left us in peace for our two nights. Cottage is charming, and cosy. Very clean, private space. It is just the right size for two adults. The gas heater was a bit of fun with all the colour options. Well supplied kitchen items: good coffee and a combo pod/drip machine. An issue is the table. It's easy to knock it and spill your drinks. The only other thing I'd do is reduce the decor items. When you bring in your own gear, you can find it becomes cluttered.

Quiet comfort

Very enjoyable stay, with eagles and deer close by for viewing. Robynn (owner) was extremely helpful and friendly. Could not have been nicer even though the weather did not cooperate.
