Perfect for a family ski trip or a summer getaway! Two-story condo located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, shops and restaurants, and more. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, fireplace, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps, and fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the private balcony or lower deck. Walk right to the chairlift, shops and restaurants, or take a short drive to the lake or Village!

Complaints: -I was coming in like announced at 2pm but the key code was not available before 4pm even the cabin was ready. - The Jacuzzi was not working.

The home was a little dark even during the day with open curtains and windows. The upstairs bathroom had ants all around the toilet and flooring. The kitchen sink would not properly drain water after doing a small batch of dishes. I did not know that the place would be on the back side of the street, so we had to walk back through a dark alley or in between the two cabins not enough outdoor lighting. I don't think we'd book again.

Great stay

Very nice house. Great location. Had everything we needed. The only thing you should update is the master bedroom does not have a king size bed. Definitely would stay here again in the future. Walking distance to the summit and near all amenities.
