The carpet was the only complaint we received from you. After your stay, we did schedule a carpet cleaner vendor to address the carpets. We did not do this during your stay as the vendor wouldn't have been able to clean it properly while the presence of others. Kind Regards, Destination Big Bear

We will make note on this and address it right away with our management staff, Moreover Big Bear Lake City ordinance limits the number of cars that can park at each property. These are set by the city or county and are non-negotiable. Guests found to be in violation will be subject to immediate eviction, But we are happy that they cooperate with and had good communication and gave proper instructions related to that.
