Brand new, clean, well-appointed home in a nice neighborhood. Love the layout - ground floor bedroom/bath/great room, 1st floor kitchen/great room/half bath, 2nd floor large master/en suite bath, and 2 additional bdrms and another full/large bath. Nice back deck, empty two-car garage with high ceiling.

Good (not great) stay in Windsor

We were in town for a couple of days visiting family and stayed at this cute property. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and furnishings were great, the beds were comfortable, and the property was very clean. Overall, this was a convenient location and a solid option in the area. There are two things that would’ve made this a better stay. The automatic preset for the central air kept us from getting comfortable - it was too warm overall inside the house no matter how low we set the temperature. We opened the windows the second night to let cool air in but it was very noisy from passing vehicles. The second issue was that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when I tried to reach the property manager via email and phone. To not even receive a response to my three inquiries was just a disappointment.

Amazing for a girls trip!

This was the perfect house for a girls trip. Short uber to Fort Collins and downtown Windsor was amazing for events and dinner/drinks. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and late night laughs!

The house was very clean and as pictured. The street noise was annoying when the windows were open and when on the deck but it wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. However the lack of items in the kitchen was disappointing. No bowls for mixing nothing to store left overs in not even foil, ziplocs or plastic wrap. There was access to extra TP and paper towel but not Kleenex in the house. No garage door opener which would have been nice since it rained quite a bit while we were there and one time we had to endure the sprinklers.

We enjoyed the property. It worked really well for our needs! It was clean and quiet. The only complaint was the front door pad was a bit challenging to work at times. Overall very happy! Will look to stay again!

Clean, beautiful home!

My family and I only take ONE vacation a year, so it is very important to us. We also have a large family. This home was exactly as described, which was amazing. These are all the things we loved: It was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to spread out, lots of extra sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. We even loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in all the the showers. Oh and the main bathroom's huge tube was a bonus! These are the things that were minor problems, but worth noting. This property is managed by Evolve... we have always had actual home owners, not a company. I tried getting some questions answered a couple months before we arrived by messaging them through the VRBO app. at least 4 times and was never answered once. I finally got nervous and googled Evolve's number. When I finally reached someone, I let them know that I was unable to reach them through VRBO and the man just said that's not how to reach them and they don't answer those emails. When our vacation finally arrived thankfully, it was not a problem checking in! Other things to note, there are no curtains or shades on the back sliding door of the main living area.. no problem in the daytime, but at night I didn’t like that anyone could see in the house. Also, you cannot change the temperature upstairs or downstairs. Finally, the street noise is loud. We didn’t really mind, but if you are a light sleeper you might want a sound machine.

Great place to relax

This was a new property in nice subdivision. It was conveniently located for other activities we had in the area. Very nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very nice, large-screen TV in the family room.

Family friendly vacation home

In town for the triple crown softball tournament. Great location for games close to Loveland. House was clean, neighborhood was nice and lots of good restaurants around town. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Stay in May 2024

This house is beautiful and very spacious. We traveled with a one year old and a pack n play and a high chair are provided along with a whole bunch of toys. You can easily walk to a park and to Windsor Lake. We visited Mr. Yo's Donuts a couple of times...yum! One thing I would mention is this house backs up to a very busy street. The yard is fenced in so that is not the issue but there is a lot of traffic noise if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. The blinds are not the best quality so they let in a lot of light in the morning so if you like to sleep in pick the basement bedroom. Plus the basement is much cooler if you sleep hot. The basement has a full bathroom. The half bath is on the main floor. There is a master bathroom and the hallway bathroom upstairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Check in needs improvement

The property is very homey and clean. However the house needs a new lock or push button key lock. Me and my family were locked out two of the four nights and had to call the manager. She said was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful new property, centrally located near Fort Collins and Greeley. My daughter graduated from Greeley and this 4 bedroom 4 bath home was very affordable and everyone had their own space. We also enjoyed that the walk around the lake was in walking distance of the home.

Very clean, well appointed, comfortable home!

We had the best week at this home! We were traveling for sports and it was so nice to be able to come back here everyday. The home is very new, clean, well appointed and very comfortable! They provided ample linens, pillows, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we joked that we slept better here than at home! If we find ourselves in that area again, we will stay here again 10/10! The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Great experience all around!
