one bedroom basement suite

Clean, clear directions and instructions. Pictures were deceiving as there are two photos of the same bedroom with different bedding on the bed and a different lamp displayed. It is only a one bedroom basement suite.

In my listing clearly mentioned there's only one bedroom available and one queen bed. Also allowed two guest, unfortunately you have two adults and two kids on this booking. You suppose to let me know we coming with 2 kids Thank you

Cozy one bedroom suite

Exactly as described online, well stocked with items you might need. There is no stove or oven but we came prepared with items to eat that didn’t require that type of preparation since we knew that from the listing . Used the treadmill. Was a nice perk! Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay. We also REALLY appreciated the late checkout when our schedule changed suddenly. Many thanks for being so accommodating!

Very strong curry smell in property. Trip insurance is a scam

We could not stay due to the over powering smell of curry in the apartment. The VRBO rep said the trip insurance was applicable but when we called the insurance company they explained that the insurance basically doesn’t cover anything. Don’t stay here if you value fresh air and skip the insurance as it’s a just a money grab. Very disappointed.

This guest had come and left immediately after he simply checked in and left, I even checked with the guest to ensure their stay was comfortable and they had never mentioned any points of discomfort. I have been doing this business for seven years and have never received a complaint of this kind. And furthermore I have no recount of doing any cooking that would lead to an intense scent being present in the basement.
