A beautiful & peaceful spot, - absolute lakefront. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooks the Currimundi Lake & park offering a leafy & tropical surround perfect for a relaxing holiday by the water.
Located in a highly sought after position where the lake meets the ocean, the lake is the perfect location for swimming, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding & kayaking. (These can be hired from the local shops).
Unit 7 is located on the 2nd floor with lift access and features spacious living with modern furnishings throughout. The large balcony offers a peaceful outlook, with views over the trees to the lake. The unit is fully security screened throughout including the balcony.
The unit will sleep a family of 4 and includes a dishwasher, TV & DVD, laundry facilities and ceiling fans.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.
This secure building has a lift, underground security parking and pool. There is a childrens playground and corner shop around the corner that rents kayaks and SUP's as well free public BBQ's and walking and bike riding tracks through the bushland on the lakes edge.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay, and minimum booking nights may apply. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details.
