We had a great stay at this home. A great place for our family of 15 to spend a long weekend together. Host was quick to respond to answer questions.

Brady, fitting 15 people under one roof for a long weekend is no small ask, and it is great to hear the space worked for everyone. Hope the family finds a reason to gather again soon.

This was a great place for a group! We had 12 people (6 couples) and had one bedroom and lots of beds unused. It could have slept many more. Having two dishwashers and two coffee pots was great! Bedroom to bathroom ratio was fantastic! Really clean property! Easy check out process and good communication. Wonderful place to stay!

The best stay with our whole family! We had seven adults and three kids and we had more than enough room to spread out! We had two bedrooms that weren’t even used. Having two living areas and two refrigerators was amazing! The place was clean and decorated beautifully! We would definitely stay here again! The pool and ping pong was a big hit with the kids and adults! We enjoyed our stay and our trip to The Ark Encounter! 10/10

Superb Rental

This rental was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans - everything needed to cook meals. We had a small problem with a tripped electric breaker and they quickly helped us solve the problem. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in thee area.

Best ever!

We have stayed many places over the years, and this one tops them all. The guests for our large church group were delighted with this home. It was very easy to meet in small groups and the large group as needed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook/serve the large group. Extremely easy check out.

The house is beautiful inside and out and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and we were very lucky with having wonderful weather to enjoy it. The few questions we had for the host was answered right away. There were 16 of us women that stayed for a weekend get away and we are all family that go somewhere every year. This place would get a 16 rating if it went that high because we all loved it. Thanks for helping us continue to make wonderful memories. Barb

This property was designed with multi-family/large groups in mind. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two standalone ice makers, several coffee machines. Outdoor seating areas and activities. Indoor activities and multiple areas with lounging, tables to eat or play games, and or/watch TV. Plenty of towels provided for showering and swimming. A few basics provided such as shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters, sugar, etc. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would definitely come back.

Our family had a wonderful time! All of us (14 adults kids babies ) really enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights for everyone was definitely the pool. We appreciated the fence around it because of the kids & the lounge chairs got an lotof use. The other seating around the place was really nice to enjoy the outside/ sunsets as well. We used the grill quite a bit & the hosts were very considerate & checked in to make sure we had enough propane. They were also thoughtful in having things stocked & ready for us, included a few extras that we really appreciated, like some fun things for the kids, bean bag toss, & they provided pool towels for everyone, which was great. There are 2 fridges, which was enough to house all the food we needed & 2 dishwashers that kept the dishes at bay. We did find quite a few ticks but that’s not the hosts fault, we just want people to be aware. Maybe it was just a bad year for them There are no extra blankets so if you use the ac & one of your group is prone to be cold you might want to bring a blanket or something. The house felt spacious & the rooms were lovely. Check-out was easy, & it was nice not to have to house clean a lot before we left.Overall a marvelous stay, would definitely go again.
