Getting Around:
A car is required. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so downtown, Ski Cooper, trailheads, and grocery all require driving.
From Denver International (DEN): ~2hr drive via Hwy 285 S or I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. AWD or snow tires recommended Nov-Apr.
From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive via I-70 and Hwy 24 S.
Parking: attached 2-car garage plus off-street spots. Groups of 8 with 2-3 cars fit easily.
