This three-bedroom, two-bathroom family bach over two stories comfortably sleeps up to six people on a fully fenced section.

Uncovered parking is available down the shared driveway, as well as roadside parking if needed. Located close to a supermarket, local conveniences are at your fingertips. Downtown Mount Maunganui and Maunganui beach is less than a 10-minute drive.

We were disappointed with some of the facilities. We had issues with the following;Light bulbs in main service areas not going,We couldn’t use the bbq as there was no gas.We couldn’t use the oven as you had to enter the time and the button for doing that was not working properly.There was no plug for the kitchen sink and there was no dish washing brush.

We've followed up with the local manager to ensure the light bulbs are replaced and a new kitchen sink plug and dish brush are provided. The BBQ gas bottle has also been restocked. Regarding the oven, we’ve passed this on to the owner for review and resolution. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope we can provide a smoother experience next time. While we loved the whare and location there were a few things you may want to look atSide glass walls unstable on the balcony Shower presure upstairs dribblesNo vacuumNo kai storage space for those staying Downstairs double room closet is wet and musty water coming in from outsideOven and stovetop not working thank you for organising us a cooker and air fryer for the rest of our stayMain Bulb blown top bathroom.Thanks to the property manager and anna on the other end of the phone who worked quickly to provide us options your assistance was definately appreciatedE mihi ana
