LOCATION is everything and this gorgeous property has 2500 square feet of living space in one of the best locations in Nashville. You are only 1-3 blocks away from fantastic restaurants, bars and live music.

**1201 Lillian Street is not an event space. No Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, New Year’s Eve , etc.**

This beautiful home has an open concept floor plan that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a stocked kitchen and a full bathroom on the main level as well. Game room comes equipped with a foosball table.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with double vanities. There is also a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Perfect location!

Great location near coffee shops, restaurants and bars at 5 points. Such a cute area and less that 2.5 miles to Broadway. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!Need

Great few days!

We stayed for my daughter's 21st birthday! It was perfect to walk to East Nashville! We Ubered downtown! The location was perfect! The house was beautiful and managers were responsive. We would stay again!

Amazing location and house for a large group!

This was the perfect house to host a family gathering in Nashville! We loved the ability to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. It was an easy Uber to downtown as well! We really enjoyed the quietness of the street and ease of access to close by stores or shops.

Girls Trip

We had a great experience at this property. Six ladies staying for a girls trip and we were very pleased with the house and location and would stay again. All the comforts of home and located in a very cute area.

Great Location

Definitely a house I would stay at again. Walking distance to 5 points and Urban Cowboy. Short Uber ride to downtown.

Great location close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. There were 5 adults and everything was newly renovated and had everything we needed. Only thing I would note is that Driveway is narrow so tough to back out for large vehicles. But if needed you can Uber everywhere.

Spacious house in a great location

Great house and location!

Home is spacious and clean and looks like the pictures. The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sushi on the corner, breakfast at a local Snooze and tasty BBQ. Loved having 3 showers and lots of open space for our family gathering of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay in the home and loved the location. Easy to get to downtown and also walking distance to the east end. Home was clean and had no issues whatsoever. Definitely will look into booking this home again in the future.
