Notice: Exterior Painting (May 4th – June 1st) The building will be undergoing exterior painting during this time, completed in phases. Guests may experience some daytime noise, limited parking, and workers on-site. The pool will be closed for one week (May 18th – May 25th), but access to a nearby pool will be provided.

Welcome to Ola Grande 218. This split level oceanfront condo sits next to the Cocoa Beach Pier with stunning views of the Atlantic. Step onto your private balcony for sunrise colors and watch the waves roll in from the living room and primary bedroom. Walk to the sand in moments. Spend the day between the beach and the heated pool. Evenings are easy with dining, music, and family fun at the Pier. 🌞

The two bedroom two and a half bath layout is perfect for families and couples. The living area is bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals. Beach gear is ready so you can pack light. Free parking and in unit laundry keep your stay effortless. Settle into classic Cocoa Beach living with the ocean at your door. 🌴

Nice place to stay.

Great place to stay with a nice view of the beach and ocean. Good amenities like the beach chairs and umbrella. Good central location. Can be a bit noisy on the weekend from the parking lot next door. Would stay there again.

Location was perfect

The location was absolutely perfect! Steps from the beach and pier; wonderful spot to watch a launch from the Cape. The only issue ( and it wasn't that big of a deal) was some of the windows were stuck shut and screens were ripped. Other that that, everything was wonderful.

This beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. It's roomy, has a great kitchen, enough bathrooms to accommodate six people. We relaxed on the balcony after dinner, listened to the surf, watched the stars rise. I hope to return.

Relaxing time

Our stay was relaxing. The location was good. The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. Beach chairs and umbrella work out nice and the pool was never overly crowded.Just had a minor problem with the downstairs TV which was addressed promptly.The single beds were rather squeaky .The beach was close along with the pierAll in all it was a decent place for the money

Perfect Location

Just wanted to get away and hear the waves and feel the sand on my feet. This condo was as advertised. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. For me location was the best thing! Directly on beach! Walked right out onto the sand, the pier was very close, nice walk and good food! Very relaxing stay.

Great location

The unit was clean & nicely decorated. The unit was the best in the building for views. We loved sitting on the balcony. The beach was clean & location to the pier couldn’t be beat. If I would have one recommendation would be to have slightly more comfortable beds. They weren’t bad, but could have been better.

this is a great location , next to the pier . this place is on the beach , was very clean . the only problem was the leaving instructions , management has one set and the room has a different set . the rooms instructions are not to sanitary

Ola Grande Ocean Front View

Overall, our stay was great! The property manager was quick to respond to questions, very helpful, and accommodating. The pool was wonderful, the condo was spacious and well kept. The beach restoration project going on at the time, directly in front of our condo for four days was a bit frustrating, it made the direct ocean access not quite so direct, but we made the best of it and still had a fabulous stay. The Pier, restaurants and a grocery store were all within walking distance, which makes for a great location for the condo. We truly enjoyed our time there and are hoping to visit again someday.

Nice, comfortable stay on beach

This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back!
