Resort features include a pool (4 ft), two hot tubs, poolside facilities, a tennis court, and boat parking (reserve spot two weeks before arrival). Follow the directions to Beach Access and walk through the parking lot to reach the beach access between Holiday Inn and Sapphire.

Resort Fee: March 1st to 24th: All guests must provide a picture identification. Wristbands per guest is $40 (cash only). Bought at Gulfview I office

Great location and nice place

I stayed here with my husband and father. The condo was very nice, everything was as described. We really enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect. Short walk to beach.

Amazing

Great location and well maintained. This place is very much equipped with all that you need for your stay. They even had great board and card games which made our stay even more fun. Definitely coming back again.

Good stay

Pros- very clean and as described, good location, swimming pool was big, room was quite which was great. Great view from balcony Cons- remotes did not work for tv, AC controls not available in room, birds nest on balcony, had to dodge the birds a few times Besides that would book again...nice stay, clean room, easy check in solid 9 out of 10

Nice location- watch the fees

Excellent location for all the fun- easy walk to beach. The onsite staff at the condo are super friendly and helpful. Impressive security (Spring Break). The condo is well appointed and clean. Beds are a bit uncomfortable (dip in middle), but good pillows and bedding. Good layout and lighting. Good WiFi. Be aware of fees that may applied after booking as listed in fine print on booking.
