Welcome to Gettin' Guada-loopy, a stunning vacation property located on 2 acres of picturesque land boasting private riverfront, a spacious yard, and a large back deck that offers breathtaking views. This property is designed to provide you with a perfect getaway, with its well-appointed living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and a range of outdoor amenities.



The Space:

The living room of Gettin' Guada-loopy features vaulted ceilings that create an open and airy ambiance, allowing natural light to flood the room. The large flat-screen TV and stone fireplace provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for relaxation, and the plush leather furniture with lush blankets offers ample seating for you and your guests. The couch pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa as well.



The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with a full range of modern appliances and ample counter space. The bar seating for 5 allows for easy entertaining and socializing, as it opens up to the living room, making it perfect for gatherings and conversations. The adjacent dining room offers a spacious table with seating for 6, providing a comfortable space for enjoying meals with family and friends.



The first bedroom is beautifully furnished with a brand new king bed and offers a spacious retreat for relaxation. The en-suite bathroom features a stunning tiled shower and a double vanity sink, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.



The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and offers a loft space overlooking the living room, providing a unique and charming accommodation option. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or single adults, with two sets of full over full bunks, providing ample sleeping space. The second bathroom features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.



The outdoor space at Gettin' Guada-loopy is a true oasis. The private backyard features lush landscaping, providing a serene and peaceful setting. The large 8-person hot tub is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of adventures. The riverfront location offers opportunities for kayaking, with kayaks provided for your convenience. The game room with a pool table and ping pong table is perfect for indoor entertainment and friendly competitions.

We wanted to kindly remind you that this property is not pet-friendly, as noted in our listing and rental agreement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this location.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



The Neighborhood:

While you’re here, be sure to stop by the Historic District of Gruene featuring Texas’ oldest bakery, antique shops galore, summer bier gardens, or Wurstfest; the annual 10-day homage to sausage. For more modern fun, check out super slides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, spelunk in the Natural Bridge Caverns, go on a tubing expedition on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, or take a dip at Canyon Lake!

Hey there! We want to make sure you have all the information you need before booking your stay at this property. Please note that while we love pets, unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly, so please plan accordingly. If there is any violation of the rental agreement due to the presence of a pet on the premises you will be asked to leave immediately, failure to comply may result in further action, including forfeiture of any remaining stay, additional fees, or legal proceedings as necessary.



On a brighter note, we've got plenty of fun activities and amenities available for our guests. Board games and cornhole are provided for your entertainment, and we also offer a pack n play and highchair for families traveling with little ones.



If you're in the mood for some outdoor adventure, take advantage of the 4 kayaks available on the property, complete with life jackets provided for your safety. And after a long day of exploring, unwind by the firepit or fireplace (just note that wood is not provided).



We do want to let you know that there are some friendly neighborhood dogs that wander around, so if you have any concerns or allergies, please keep that in mind.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent 72 and 8 hours before arrival.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
