Dunsborough Beach House
Located in the fantastic holiday location of Quindalup is "Dunsborough Beach House", a newly renovated and refurbished 3-bedroom 1 bathroom holiday villa located in a small boutique complex of 6, on a quiet street with no “flow through” traffic.
The beach house is just a leisurely 200m stroll from the beautiful Geographe Bay. With white sands, calm seas, and amazing turquoise waters you’ll be hard pressed to find a more tranquil beach setting. Being only a short 1.7km distance from the centre of Dunsborough, you and your family/friends can enjoy the cafes, restaurants and specialty shops this wonderful tourist town has to offer
Dunsborough Beach House has a master bedroom with queen bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and built-in robes. The 2nd bedroom is complete with a double bed, ceiling fan and built-in robes. For added security and privacy both bedrooms also have remotely operated roller shutters. The 3rd bedroom has a single sized bunk bed with an additional pull out mattress and built-in robes.
You will be happy with the spacious central bathroom incorporating a large shower, vanity and mirror with internal storage.
The property has a great self-contained kitchen open to the dining and comfortable living area. Complete with r/c air-conditioning this space will allow family and friends to spend time together and create holiday memories.
Outside is a lovely north facing undercover alfresco area with outdoor furniture, BBQ, roll down blinds and large grassed area enclosed by a limestone wall. Set privately to the side of the villa is an outdoor H&C shower.
To the rear of the villa is a gated area big enough to park your vehicle, trailer or small boat. There is also designated parking to the side making the villa a breeze to access. .

We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
